There is only 1 bedroom not 2, the sofa bed in the bedroom is only big enough for 1 person as is the sofa in the living room. The only bed is in a hole in the wall that does not even have a door or room to walk round it. The only bedroom had a door handle but no mechanism on it so it did not shut. There is no safe access to the garage, you have to walk down the vehicle access which is very slippery when wet or icy and there is lots of construction surrounding the apartment starting very early in the morning and is very loud. All this was so bad we had to leave the apartment early and seek other accommodation for the remainder of our trip at an additional cost to us.

The apartment was very clean and tidy. The instructions on how to get in were perfect. The location was good.

There are no real curtains so the light poured in super early. Also while getting changed people outside could see too much. Thicker curtains are definitely needed. There is a lot of noise from the neighbors as they are students. Also in the bathroom there is nowhere in the shower to put your shampoo for the time you stay. It's a little thing but having a basket that fits in the corner to hold products would be great.

The listing mentioned that he property offers 2 seperate bedrooms and living room. In fact it's 1 bedroom with only sofa bed (it was not set up and no linens provided although we mentioned number of guests) The second so called bedroom has no door and it has 4sqm2 (the size of the bed) no window, no wardrobe, no space, no privacy I booked on the way to Wroclaw few hours before check in. When I realized that this is not a 2 bedrooms apartment I called Renters and they offered full refund given that we just booked on the same day and the place was not safe since we were with infant and the second "bedroom" had no door. The customer service representative apologized for the misleading listing and said that we can leave and we will get full refund processed within few days. I called again after 4 days to make sure that the refund is in process because I did not hear from the property at all and again Renters team confirmed that the refund is already scheduled with finance team and that it will reflect on my card payment soon. 4 weeks after the reservation the money was not returned till now. When I called the property number. Their hotline refused to connect me with any human being after multiple attempts. Finally, I contacted them via their website and was connected to Mrs Ola - bot chat consultant. When I told her that no refund was made till now, she checked and got back to me saying that in the end Renters changed their decision as they claim that their listing was accurate. She told me to send some email to their complaints department. Unfortunately, this company lost my trust. They lied to me at the check in day that I can leave and I will get my money back, so knowing that I went and booked another place. Ended up paying double for my accommodation because this dishonest company lied to me to probably prevent me escalating the issue to booking.com

Big and comfortable for family of 5. location excelent as the facilities.

The floors wasn’t as clean as I would expected. And also at the garage the renters insisted that it is underground. We drove in while another opened the gate and got stuck inside with 3 small really tired children. And the renters didn’t take any action to help.

The apartment was very dirty! Cigarette smell was everywhere. The linens was very stale and smelled with cigarettes as well.

It's very convenient to walk to old town and most of scenic spots.

One of the rooms is really too narrow, which just right fits double beds and no more space.

Location was great, everything was walking distance, cosy apartment.

If I have one complaint, its pillows in bedroom, just wasnt comfortable for me. Everything else was very good.
