Noise at night - the lively square never stops, at it was too hot to shut the windows. But I would not want it any other way really

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location, not just on the square but right in front of the clock tower where many street acts perform during the evening so uou can watch from the windows.

Air con would be nice but there are fans. 4-5 flights of stairs could be challenging for some people.

The apartment is conveniently located, has a beautiful view of the Market, great interior, comfortable beds, and nice clean washroom. The owner is very helpful, accommodating, and replies quickly.

Fantastic location, lovely deco

Toilet needs cleaning. A lot of orange yellow residue on the bottom of the toilet unit. Dirty smell. Shower bar broken and temporary fixture put in but you can’t adjust the shower head or hight. I’m very tall so found it very hard to shower.

perfect location, there is no hotel in Wrcolaw with a comparable location in terms of proximity to the old town market square, this apartment is on the square literally! large flat, nice beds nice equioment, kitchen brand new bathroom spacious

lack of aircon (to be fair there is one fan and the windows can be opened wide) toilet paper just about enough for our stay, no shampoo, no dish washer tablets (but really these are minor things) staircase requires minimum level of fitness so not for people with any disability

The apartment is so comfortable. We will go back again

brilliant location

The place was beautiful. Very nice decoration, the view of the old town square was spectacular. Lots of shops nearby, restaurants, minimarkets, bars, souvenir shops etc.

The room is located on the 4th floor. There is no elevator so you have to climb all the 110 steps by yourself! If you have many things with you, and you are not in a good physical shape.. you will be frustrated.

Location is excellent, the views from the windows are very beautiful! Walking distance to multiple atractions and restaurants.

Can be noisy at times as its a cental location, but can be very entertaining!

Pillows weren't very comfortable. Shower drain not as clear as it should be.

Nice apartment for a break, was a little dated but fine for the price, lovely city, apartment manager Karolina was great and sorted us a late checkout for a small fee. Room was warm with plenty of hot water.

No elevator in our block, so don't book if you have mobility issues without checking first.

The smell of the bathroom was terrible. Everything in the apartment smelled awfully like bathroom. There was no hood in the bath. We had questions about check-in and nobody replied. I asked the property about extra blanket via messenger and nobody replied. Also, the shower clogged after 3 minutes of use.

Needs a little tlc eg: •chipped hob •very little kitchen equipment •cracked sink •no shower seal on part of the shower door therefore leaks (badly) • shower attachment loose on wall therefore cannot be moved to accommodate the height of someone using the shower Small details eg: •no batteries in TV box control •dangerous bashed batteries in TV control •bulb(s) out on entry light

The apartment was in a really good location and bathroom was amazing. Really clean and loved the facilities to cook in it

Heating was on too high at the start eventually figured out how to turn it down- bed and sofa could be a little bit more comfortable.

Central Location which was great overlooking the market square where all the Xmas shops were set up, very pretty. Restaurants and bars near by so everything within walking distance. The apartment layout contained a spiral staircase up to bedroom . The host allowed us to check in early with minimal charge which was great after our flight delay.

Just a tiny thing, a few more working light bulbs would be great.

Had to pay 45zlt extra to have lounge put up bed and bedding. It would have been better to have this mentioned in the booking process. Obviously it's not the actual cost as it's only £9. It's more that it should have been more transparent that there was an additional cost if 2 people staying didn't want to share the double bed! It wouldn't have stopped us booking but if price comparisons are to be fair all costs need to be mentioned at booking time.

Location is the best that this place can offer. It was also clean but other than that...we were left wanting.

Well the pictures of the apartments were misleading. We thought we booked a different one than the one that we did. The pictures could have been put separately for each apartment as to not cause this misunderstanding. Anyway the place was ok but the beds were too small and also the blankets for the double bed were for a child's bed. Tiny. Towels were given only for two people even when we booked the flat for four people.

Location was amazing!! Views overlooking the Christmas market were a huge bonus. Apartment was warm and clean. Stairs may be a challenge for some people but we managed them fine 🙂
