Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato dotato di ogni comfort,.forno, microonde, TV grande, bei bagni.
Attaccato alla stazione San Vitale, comodo per il treno ma zona abbastanza periferica. In mezz'ora è però possibile raggiungere a piedi il centro o con il bus distante 5min a piedi

Surprising quiet location given that it is next to a branch line railway station. There is gated parking in the courtyard. It's a bit out of the town centre: the best option seems to be a few minutes walk to the No 14 bus stop in Via Massarenti which for 2 euros drops you in the town centre. (often delayed and often crowded though). The apartment is modern and functional, rather than cosy. A few lamps would soften the atmosphere.But accommodation in Bologna is generally expensive, and this was a bit more affordable. We discovered belatedly that the cafe/patisserie near the bus stop is good for breakfast and much cheaper than in town.
The basin and shower in our room didn't drain properly. This is clearly a recurring problem because the bathroom flooring had peeled up from the effect of previous floods.
The kitchen cupboards are very very high: fortunately one of my companions was tall, otherwise I would have needed a stepladder to reach the contents!

This property was very clean, comfortable, and in a nice area. It is conveniently close to a train station but you can barely hear the train inside the apartment. We were able to hop on the train for day trips or to get to downtown Bologna.
I can’t think of anything that I did not like.

Localization is good close to industrial area. It is located close to railway station but it is not so noisy. It is good that there are two bathrooms, it is comfortable solution for work travel.

The apartment is good, and it has a safe and spacious parking spot. The staff was really friendly at arrival.
It's next to the trainstation (like literally), this has some noise during the day (only outside, sleeping was no problem), but its great for visiting the city center or surrounding places.
A place to sit outside would be nice, but that's maybe a tip for the owner.

Floors were spotless, quality bed linen, functioning AC that is on a remote!, good blackout shades, well supplied kitchen and nice SAFE onsite parking available.
I really liked the apartment only I felt it lacked "appointments" which is fine for a 2 night visit. No rugs created echoes throughout the apartment so a recommend some fabric some where. Downstairs' bathroom which has the jacuzzi spa tub had a broken garbage pail and peeling paint on the wall. I suggest a wall decal in plastic which may solve the problem of constantly needing to repair water damage. They are so lovely too in jungle, beach, mountain motifs.
The main concern is the front door lock is in need of repair. Couldn't get out first, second or third attempt. Had to wake my mate. Why not include a Welcome book for guests that can also serve as an apartment manual for TV, AC, garbage recycling etc list restaurants you recommend, emergency numbers, grocery store, hospital location. Most rentals supply this and is so APPRECIATED!

Nice flat, easy acces to the center by foot. It's very confortable and cosy.

Very modern apartment, equipped with a great kitchen, a very big TV and comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay. The host was available whenever we had a question.
We already knew it when we were booking it but there is no balcony or outdoor seating area and the windows were not looking anywhere as the apartment is in a rather low level in the building.
