The apartment layout was great, the hosts thought of everything we could need and more. The location is safe and perfectly located for drivers into Bologna, you can park up outside the centre and walk everywhere. The apartment was clean, well appointed and cosy for the 3 of us working remotely. The internet was fast and reliable. Overall wonderful stay

Fantastic, owners are very hospitable. House is very specious, modern and well kept. Loads of towels were prepared for the whole duration and the kitchen was also stocked with all the daily necessities :)

The location (it backs up to the botanical garden and is walking distance to center of town), decor and amenities were lovely. It was very clean, too! Francesco and his wife met us and were very informative and friendly. We highly recommend this flat for your visit to Bologna.

Lovely appartment, nice helpful hosts and great place to stay. Perfect for our family of six. Location very good with lots of shops & two supermarkets nearby.

Slight negatives was that there was only one shower and the noise from a band playing in the neighbourhood made sleep difficult. Also, it was a long walk to the historical centre. However none of these affected our enjoyment.

Goats were excellent. Met us at the property and helped us organise taxis to the airport. Super helpful and accommodation was perfect!

The location was not right in the center but it was a quick walk to all the points of interest (less than 10 minutes). The property was beautiful. The apartment was large, clean and very well appointed. The hosts met us there and showed us around, and left us juice, milk, breakfast items, plenty of coffee (very necessary!) and most anything else we might have needed. The living room had plenty of space for all five of us to relax at the end of the day. Beds were large and comfortable and there was plenty of room to open our suitcases and hang our clothes (not always the case for apartments in the city).

The second bathroom did not have a shower. This may have been an oversight on my part. The first night was very quiet but the second night was a Saturday and there was some partying close by that was very loud.

Super hosts ! They met us at the entrance to the private parking about 100m from the apartment ( vehicles not permitted into the "zone"). Easy to access the parking then our hosts helped with our suitcases. Lovely people. Spacious apartment, well equipped, food items supplied in the kitchen, view into the botanical garden, short walk to centre of town. Very happy thanks.

Location of the apartment is great, close to the centre, 10 minutes walk, but in quiet area. I definitely recommend this place.

There is no such thing..

Extremely welcoming hosts who provided us with everything we needed including complimentary breakfast products together with a well stocked kitchen. The apartment was immaculate and in a good position to visit the tourist attractions in the centre.

Botanika exceeded my expectations! It was the perfect base to explore Bologna being a short walk (10-15 minutes) from the centre of town. We were a family with two teenagers and the house was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The hosts had provided a breakfast, very welcome after a long trip and evening arrival. It was also well stocked and the kitchen was well equipped. When we were there it was very hot outside but the apartment remained cool with fans. It was our favorite apartment in a cross Europe trip.

The apartment is modern, well-stocked, clean and, as it looks over the Botanical Gardens, quiet for a city-centre location. Great neighbourhood only 10 minutes walk to the Two Towers, several local supermarkets to stock up. Local cafes and restaurants were good. Francesco and Michaela were great - met us on time, explained everything and kindly provided some milk, water and croissants for breakfast! All straightforward and great to be in a large apartment with balcony so close to the sights and sounds of Bologna.

The only drawback was there was no AC - we knew this when we booked but the temperatures were really high in Bologna while we were there and although we had a number of large fans provided by Francesco it was very hot and humid.

I loved the location - which is situated 15 minutes from the train close to the edge of the city. The street is buzzing with university kids during the early hours of the evening, which creates an amazing energy. I traveled with my 3 young children and husband and we felt very safe and very easy to get around. We walked everywhere and came home late every day, but also easy to stop home for a siesta after a long lunch.

A gorgeous and well located apartment. Everything works. The layout is excellent. Big space with a lot of attention to detail. well located around great restaurants and bars. the apartment is quiet and 7 mins walk into the centre. the hosts were lovely, with breakfast, coffee, bathroom products - all provided. will definitely return.

Everything was great. The apartment is very clean and everything was there for guests to feel comfortable. Beautiful view of the botanic garden, safe garage. The hosts are super friendly and very easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Nothing, everything was fine.

The place was made for the family to life in , they provided everything and even extra and to top it off everything was from top class , it's like we were in the Ritz carlton . As I asked Mr. Francisco he said that his blessed wife took care of everything, design, colours, mark I mean the lady even put some new tissues wrapped already for the second days' dinner! It's was just a great experience that we kept coming back early just to enjoy the palace not the place . Thanks for such a great place , the¹ parking was very very secure, I hope you be enlightened for the rest of your lives . Thanks Francisco and Tommaso ( the sun who speak english ) and of course with out doubt The Great wife and good mother that we hoped we have met , the girls kept thanking you all two days long . buona fortuna
