Walking distance from the airport (35min), great value for money, pleasant to stay for a couple of nights.
The kitchen could be a bit cleaner. I had to ask for a new sponge to do the dishes as there was a disgusting old one. Cutlery for breakfast wasn't 100% cleaned. There is no hot water in the kitchen and all the (old) cups, glasses, plates, cutlery and pots are being washed in cold water...
Be aware the very little street outside the property is actually noisy with accelerating up the hill cars (also at night)

Very nice rooms, quite comfy and cozy. Very comfy bed. Breakfast was included too, and generally speaking I loved my staying.
Maybe a little far away from the Marina, if you don’t rent a car or scooter (we didn’t). But we walked and everything was still reachable within a 20 minutes walk.

I like the location and how quiet the neighborhood was. It was also close to a pizza place that sells, in my opinion, the best pizza I’ve ever tried. The breakfast you guys organized in the morning was great. Thank you !
The only things that I did not like was the broken AC unit. My room room was extremely hot, forcing me to sleep with my windows open. The window opens to the outside area, where people are allowed to hang out, and unfortunately are allowed to smoke as well.

a bit far from the city center, on one of the main streets (the rooms at the back of the building are quieter); easy to park your car directly in front of the hotel; attractive arrangement of rooms with simple but cleverly arranged elements; basic breakfast

I found it cold at night. I arrived late and was tired this of course had an impact. A blanket would have helped. Otherwise all good thank you.

The location was perfect for me, close to the shopping mall and the harbour area. It was calm and I didn’t meet anyone else there at the same time. Room looks exactly like in the pictures. Staff was super helpful and easy to reach via message.
The room smelled like mold, but I’m guessing it’s common in every apartment there due to the weather.

Clean, quite spacious room for one person. Reasonably comfortable bed and pillow for a reasonable price. Easy check-in procedure with a code to open the door as I arrived late night, and no problem in leaving early in the morning just sending a message. Short way to the airport and the shopping center. Perfect for a quick night over wayting for connecting flight.

We never saw our host but the communication via text worked perfectly :) they were very friendly and helped us with the self check-in, as we arrived late at night.
The room itself was also very nicely decorated and we had our own bathroom. So everything was perfect! (except for the problem with the heat mentioned above)
Our window was directly connected to the balcony, so there is not much of privacy if you want to open the window. Because of that it got a little bit hot in the room. But it was not too much of a problem because we only stayed one night, but if you like a little more privacy try to get another room :)

Overall amazing value for money and even had a personal AC which I did not know was included!
There was no soap or shampoo to take a shower and the staff was nowhere to be found and they did not answer messages quickly enough.

Very fast and easy check in, small kitchen with some cooking facilities and balcony.
breakfast supposed to be available from 7 to 10 but only 1 of 3 days it was ready by 7, another day it was ready after 8 and one more day I left just after 7 and nobody appeared to arrange it. As it is very simple breakfast it could be easier just store milk, cheese, bread and muesli available with some info so everyone can make own breakfast in convenient time

Balcony, clean bathroom and room
Bed was unstable and shaking a bit if you move. Kitchenware was not really clean and it was not pleasant to use it. Would be nice if there were basic cooking stuff like salt, oil, tea.
