Breakfast was great. Location was ok, an 8 minute walk to old town. Staff was nice and responsive.

Nice area, clean and new apartment, awesome host!

The room was clean and had decent amenities.

Instead of a room with the kitchen that we paid for we got a room without one. We were not informed of the change in advance and counted on a kitchen. When we arrived the staff presented the change as an “upgrade” and never actually admitted their mistake.

The location was great- just a short 8-10 minute walk to shops and restaurants. The kitchen had a full size fridge and freezer, plus all of the basics for preparing simple meals. The room was clean and comfortable with AC.

The on-site parking is actually a 5min walk down the street.

We booked the spa and it was a nice set-up with sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi (the latter for an extra fee). There was a station with fruits, water, and possibility to make tea. I had mentioned before booking that I have food allergies, and upon arrival there were some milk substitutes in the pantry.

If the spa had had zero-gravity recliners, that would have topped the experience (but even without them, it was excellent). Going on the property photos, we were looking for a red building. I think it would be helpful to include a photo of the green entrance.

We stayed there with my 2 children and our dog. The room was very modern and EXTREMELY clean, we all slept so well the beds were very comfortable, the room and bathroom were very large and comfortable . The staff were amazing and very helpful in every way every single one that we dealt with. My son and I have allergies they were prepared as they called us before arrival to ask if we need anything and we had a delicious high quality breakfast. The location is great too, its a walking distance to the fabulous part of the centre with all the bars, restaurants and shopping. What a wonderful experience, this hotel will be our official Vicenza hotel whenever we visit.
