We had a wonderful time. The condo is beautiful. I did not realize this was a second floor walk up . We had an older friend who had a difficult time with the stairs.

Updated condo on second floor in great safe neighborhood just off Shelbyville road. 1 mi from Mission BBQ which I highly recommend. Great easy communication with daniel. Nice large kitchen, easy to cook in. Nice balcony off back bedroom to drink your coffee in the morning. Comfortable beds

The condo was close to everything. Beds was comfortable , bathrooms clean and location is perfect for food, entertainment. We went down to your a fee distilleries and all of them that we wanted to see was anywhere from 10 miles to 50 miles, and evening was great if we wanted to walk to places to eat or have some live entertainment. We will stay here again if we are going to be in the area.

Looking for a couple nights of relaxation with your partner this is the place. Everything is in walking distance. Coffee, food, drinks, massage parlor, and more. The condo we stayed at was amazing and very convenient. Three great bedrooms with an amazing shower! Plenty of games and even kid friendly accommodations in reserve for families. Highly recommended. Thank you for a great experience!

I can’t say enough about this place. Everything you need in a short or long stay. They even have extra items if you have tickers or babies. The location is superb. We are thinking of coming back here next month we loved it so much. You won’t go wrong staying here. I give it a 15 out of 10 stars. It’s that good!!

The property was as advertised. The home was clean and modern with a touch of vintage. Our communication with Daniel was great. He reached out to us before our check-in to make sure we were ready. During our stay the heater had a problem. I texted Daniel and he responded right away. He came by within half an hour and brought heaters for us and he had an HVAC guy come within the hour. I understand these things can happen but his response to the situation was excellent. Great customer service and a very good stay for our family. I would recommend his property.

What a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood and within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, coffee shop and bakery. We enjoyed our stay and all the attention to detail. There were toys, high chair and portable crib keeping the young children happy. The adults were happy with the comfortable bed with buttery soft linens and multiple pillows. The double shower with 8 shower heads was wow.

David was very easy to communicate w/ throughout the process. Apt was clean and had plenty of space for our group. Really liked the surrounding neighborhood...can see why it's a desired one in the area. Would rent again.

This 3-bedroom unit was a perfect fit for our 3-girl trip. It was nicely appointed and was just as shown on the VRBO site. The owner did a great job of communicating with us. It was well situated to shopping with easy access to downtown Louisville. We’d stay here again if needed.

Very nice and clean property within 10 minutes of downtown Louisville and bourbon row. Host was very easy to get a hold of and communicate with. Comfortable beds and lots of space with 2 bathrooms. Great, safe neighborhood.

Great for a work trip with three people.

We came to Louisville with a 4 month old, 2 year old, and 4 adults. This place worked perfectly! We had our 2 year old in a room to himself which helped tremendously with bedtime! There were lots of toys and things for little kids to play with including board games, books, and other things to keep kids and adults entertained! The apartment was clean, very quiet which was nice when there was so many of us, and had all the amenities you would need. The location was perfect! Walking distance to a library, about a mile from the wedding venue we were attending, and about 15 minutes from all of the great attractions downtown. I would definitely stay here again if I was coming back to Louisville.

Yo this place was AWESOME! Right in the heart of a little community that feels so separate from Big City Louisville! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was furnished, but the atmosphere around the place was to be experienced! Fine dining, shopping and night life at your fingertips! Definitely recommend for Out of Town Guests!!!

We enjoyed our stay here! It was very convenient to everything and had most anything that we could need, including a leash for my dog (which was great because we accidentally forgot ours!). The only point that I would make is that we were charged a little extra for using all 3 bedrooms despite the listing indicating it was for up to 8 guests (we had 6). The manager explained that more guests equals more clean up so there's an extra charge. To be fair, it does say in the listing that you "could" be charged extra, I just didn't realize we *would* be charged extra until I saw the charge. Despite this, I would definitely stay here again.

The space is bigger than we thought it would be with three comfortable bedrooms. The shower off the master is fabulous! We were traveling with two cats, and the host was very accommodating. Fantastic location with great access to everything we needed in the east end. Highly recommend this property.

5 long time friends met up in Louisville for a fabulous 4 days of fun. This house is well laid out and in a beautiful neighborhood. Easy walk to many great restaurants. I highly recommend Silvos and Lou Lou. The property is an easy drive to all the fun the area has to offer. I especially appreciated all the towels! Would stay again if in the area.

We had an enjoyable stay in St Matthews! Very cool area, lots to see, do and eat. It was a great location for quick access to fun places in Louisville. It was nice having a clean and cozy place to stay during our trip.

This home is the Sweet Spot Indeed. I can't say enough good things about the condo. It was super clean and exceeded our expectations. Host was extremely responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again. It was close to the action in Louisville and the proximity to local restaurants in St. Mathews was great when we didn't want to venture to the city.

We loved our stay at The Sweet Spot. The property was clean, quiet, everything was great. Comfortable beds, easy to operate technology (tv, Wi-Fi, hvac etc), and easy access just up a flight of stairs. Lots of little touches that made our stay so nice. Daniel was a great host! Very prompt answers to questions and helpful suggestions when needed. Parking directly across the street was totally fine. Great restaurants in the neighborhood, easy access to interstate, short hop into Louisville and convenient to area distilleries. A great weekend that we’d be glad to repeat!

This was my first time using Vrbo and I have to say our stay was wonderful. Everything was as listed, very clean, and quiet during our stay. The location was not very far from downtown Louisville which was a huge plus. Daniel, the property owner, was very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property.

This place is fantastic. It’s in a good area with food and shopping close and only 15 mins from whiskey row. We stayed here as we hit the KBT and will definitely use this property again. Great communication with the agent and he was quick to set right the couple of hiccups we encountered. Highly recommend this place.

Very nice place, extremely clean, and in a great location. Daniel is very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay at this property again.

The property was very clean, updated with quality finishings, ample TV's. Plenty of food, coffee, pubs, and Saints pub was super cool. For sports, beers, drinks, and food. We ate there twice. I cannot suggest their pizza enough, outstanding. Our purpose was for bourbon tours and tasting so a car was needed but very easy to get around and to freeways etc.

Everything was as advertised, host was great about communication, very safe and quiet neighborhood, will stay again
