It was nice an spacious with two living rooms and multiple bathrooms as well as three bedrooms.

On the night of our second stay we also got robbed. The security of the villa is not very good and we felt unsafe after that night.

Loved the location , the pool and the outside space and furniture.

There were lots of small repairs required at the Villa , the door handle on one of the bedrooms came off in your hand and despite it being repaired came off again .At one stage my daughter thought she was locked in . The fridge was definately on its last legs it was not cold. and the bottom door shelf of thr fridge was broken .The air conditioning unit at thr top of the stairs was leaking which was dangerous as you could not see the water ,However this was repaired about 4 days into the holiday.The toilet seat was broken but had not been replaced but just repaired not very hygenic.If it was my Villa , (especially with covid ) I would hve taken away lots of the ornaments that were around which must be difficult to clean .There was also no cleaning materials to clean the floors etc ,and although there was equipment the cubboard was foisty therefore I was worried about this smell being spread theoughout the Villa given the heat. There was also tiles coming off the bottom of the shared pool which require some maintenance.

Great home so well equipped, Facilities top class. I would truly recommend this property to any family. I hope to book it again. Location was brilliant for lots of lovely beaches and really good restaurants.

We have stayed in Sesmarias location last winter, it is a quiet area which suited us fine, close to a supermarket, but most of all, close to several beaches, The property was much bigger than first thought, but it turned out well due to being 2 couples to share expenses, lot's of space for all of us. Kitchen is well stocked for equipment. Someone thought about small children items for them to play . Lots of sunbeds outdoors, pool was cold due to the time of year, March.

If it was my place I would take away all the unnecessary ecletic items on the walls, dream catchers etc, the villa is a lovely place and does not need to be filled up with "stuff". The bedroom downstair's wall needed to be fixed, looked like water damage.

it was cold and booking.com has not returned back our money. we left after 2 days, without being able to wash ourselves. the water was cold and the dishwasher didn’t work. the washing machine only worked after several hours researching in Portugese. oven is unreadable. no instructions anywhere…. the worst thing is that booking.com is not responding to my messages.

Tremendous accommodation. The villa had everything you could want nice gardens, lovely pool, parking and all mod cons. We were within easy reach of bars, restaurants and the beach. We would certainly look to book again, well done 5stars.

The size. Almost fully equipped. Quiet. Clean. Very easy to book. Requests from owners fast. Thank you very much for last day late check out extension. Tried to rebook but already occupied The pool is beautiful.

Toilet downstairs didn’t flush. Only capsule coffee maker. Needs cafetière or similar Fridge and freezer Door doesn’t close. Only minor issues. No welcome basket. Basics milk coffee. Bread. Wine and beer would have been very “welcome”

This property is amazing, is in a great location for shops, bars and beaches. Very clean, tidy and modern with good quality fixtures and furniture. I have been coming to this area of Portugal for 18 yrs and this is the best villa I’ve stayed at yet.
