We wanted for nothing during our stay, it was like a hotel! Great experience with an even better view! Hosts were incredibly communicative and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

My family ( grown boys) and two friends celebrated my 60th birthday and stayed at their beautiful home. We are very picky on where we stay, and usually stay at a Ritz or similar property for our vacations. This was the first time we used VRBO and it did not disappoint! Everything was perfect. The home, views etc was spectacular, but most important was the attention to details that Laura and Bob ( owners) took to make this a 5 star experience. Great linens, towels, bath amenities super comfortable beds and pillows, beautifully appointed furnishings. chef kitchen...made this home extremely comfortable. We will definitely be back. I truly recommend this place if you want a fabulous home with spectacular views nestled in the woods but still close to everything.

The house set up in the hills above Ashview had amazing views, especially this time of year with Fall foliage peaking. We were six adults who liked to settle in to the home for evenings after days checking out galleries and breweries. The property had nice fireplace on deck, as well as, a fire ring further down the hill. We had everything we needed and we enjoyed it all!

The hosts couldn't have been more accommodating for our high school friends group celebrating our 60th birthdays. She was so helpful and the home is everything you ever dreamed of. The outdoor porch with fireplace was fabulous. We stayed out there the whole time we were at the house. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have so many extras. You cant go wrong staying here. We all want to come back!

This property is quiet, secluded, and has a great porch for relaxing and enjoying a view of the mountains. The interior is very spacious, upscale, and nicely decorated. I would definitely stay here again.

Couldn’t have been more pleased with the location. Beautiful view from the covered porch were we spent our evenings. House was beautifully decorated and well appointed. Only could have been better if all bedrooms had on suite bathrooms. Overall it was very enjoyable.

This is definitely a home away from home with attention given to every little detail to provide maximum comfort for guests. We were celebrating a friend's 60th birthday and that lovely deck with the fireplace and gorgeous mountain view was the perfect spot to spend quality time with each other. We already want to come back!

My mother, husband, stepchild and I absolutely adored staying here! It’s perfect with a bathroom for each bedroom and special touches throughout. Each room has a great view of the mountains and I enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning. We grilled steaks one evening and spent a lot of time on the porch. Honestly it was difficult to leave, but it’s very close to everything in Asheville. I hope we get the opportunity to stay again soon. Thank you, Laura and Bob - you are wonderful hosts!

Anything we wanted to do in Asheville was a short drive, including picking up family from airport, touring downtown, sight seeing, touring the Biltmore.

The VRBO was a 3 bdrm 3 ba facility. It was perfect for the 6 of us and a 1 year old. Our part of the rental was a one floor plan, and each room had it's own bath. The weather was perfect. Asheville had so many beautiful things to do. we had a great time.

We had a wonderful time. The house was warm and inviting, and stocked with everything we needed. The outside patio and fireplace was wonderful and the view was beautiful. and after the rain the first day, we had spectacular sunrises each morning. Loved all the special touches throughout the house, and Laura was great to communicate with when we had several things we needed to get in touch with her about.

Everything about the property is top notch! From the comfortable beds to the high end kitchen, everything you could need is provided. The decor is very comfortable and welcoming, and since we were there at the end of October, there were fall /Halloween accents in all of the rooms. Communication was easy and questions were answered quickly and completely. Laura even checked in with us a couple of times during our stay to see if we needed anything. We spent much of our time on the comfortable outside covered porch when weather allowed, one early morning were treated to a conversation between a couple of Hoot owls! It was the perfect place to watch the sky lighten as the day began and fill with color at the end of the day. Even though this property is technically located "in town" you feel like you're in the mountains, away from civilization. The drive up to house the first time is an interesting adventure! Bob and Laura have created a beautiful, private little slice of heaven.andvI would highly recommend.

Laura and Bob have a beautiful home! The location couldn't have been better; close to Asheville but very private property. The home is fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Our hosts were very gracious and went above and beyond from providing local dining and entertainment information to providing a little something when we ran out. Highly recommend!

A lovely home in the country, surrounded by woods and wildlife. Also enjoyed the city of Ashville. It has a great arts area.

The property is beautiful! The view from the outside deck is spectacular, and all of the little touches inside the home were perfect. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and we saw lots of wildlife right in our area! If we go back to Asheville again, I would definitely be a repeat customer!

We travelled with my wife's parents (80's) who had difficulty getting down to the lower elevation entryway. Otherwise, we spent almost all of our time on the very comfortable back porch safely and very comfortably watching the unusually stormy weather pass.

Beautiful bottom floor of home; enjoyed the view from the porch with a fireplace. Enjoyed the flowers and butterfly's and even saw a bear. The owners make you feel like you are invited family and have decorated with comfortable but upscale furniture and decor. We highly recommend and will visit again when in this area.

We had a group of 6 adults and the property fit is very well. It was very clean and had all of the things we needed for our stay! We even cooked an amazing steak dinner for one couple’s anniversary at the house!! The view from the porch was also fabulous. We spent many nights unwinding and having a drink at night out there. We definitely had a blast and would stay here again!!

The great outdoor experience was truly lively and we enjoyed every moment of the great Mountain View with the a friendly but yet wild family of bears.

This property was spectacular! There are great views off the back porch, which we enjoyed each morning and evening. The house was also great to accommodate our group. The house is less than a 15 minute drive to the downtown area which has a wide variety of breweries and a quick drive to the Biltmore. Also, short drive several different hiking trails. We highly recommend and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful mountain home on the outskirts of Asheville. The location is great. Just a few minutes into Asheville and to fantastic mountain hiking. The 3 bedroom floor plan worked perfectly for our family of four. We loved the mountain view from the porch with the fireplace. Would definitely stay here again. Nice Job!
