Isabel is a good communicator before the trip and gave us all necessary instructions. Location is good except you can hear the airplanes take off due to is so close to the airport (if you don’t mind the noise). Place is definitely outdated but functional. Air conditioning is a bit loud. There is a 24/7 supermarket in walking distance and it is very convenient. Overall, it is a good stay for us.

Can’t beat the location with parking. The room was just as described and it came with utensils and pots and pans. There were 3 of us and there was more than enough towels

Great location! Gorgeous views! The sunsets are stunning from the balcony. Close to restaurants, grocery store and convenience stores. Great communication with Isabel. Alerted her about ceiling tile mold in shower and dampness in the room. AC works great! Kept it at 70 for the entire stay. Very easy! Kitchen stocked with the basics. Everything we needed! Lobby staff were very friendly, too! Easy entrance to the beach with beautiful views, daily.

The room was a little outdated and hate that we didnt have a pool but we knew that going into our booking. Very clean and great view of the beach. Loved it and hope to book with Isabela again. She was very communicative and made everything easy.

The apartment is close to the airport, right by the ocean and has a private access to the beautiful beach. Grocery, pharmacy, restaurants etc. are all within walking distance. It is clean, with easy self check-in. The host responded to messages very quickly. We had a great time and would come back to it if we visit Puerto Rico again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was great and very close to the beach. Perfect location for everything we did. The view from the room was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!

Check out was at 11am and owner text asking at what time I was leaving. Elevators not working and I stay in the 6 floor. Apartment was clean but needs updating. Place close to a lot of places but so rounding areas not clean.

I always enjoy the stay at the ESJ but this last time there was pool construction that made it impossible to sit in the balcony to enjoy my coffee in the morning. It went up to at least 1:00pm

Great location. Property needs renovations to offer a safer and cleaner environment. Mold in the bathroom ceiling and bath tiles is just not acceptable.

I love the view from the room the balcony is nice a place to sit on at night be so close to a lot of food options make it easy and being so close to the beach is a plus as well. The communication was excellent did not need to reach out as the rules was pretty simple to follow

The people that work there are wonderful ! The room was nice and so was the view. The only downfall is that the air handler is on the balcony so you can’t really hang out on there because of the heat and noise that it makes. Other than that, enjoyed my birthday stay !

This was a last minute trip, easy booking, great price, amazing view., access to the beach is within the tower(safe), CVS and other little stores are like a block to 2 blocks away. The airport was a $12 Uber ride. El Morro $14 Uber ride. They sell empanadas on the beach and piña coladas and they take Venmo or cash., Isabel was wonderful,great communication, clean room.I will come back soon. Thank you for the memory!

This was a great room for the price. When they get the pool area opened after repairs I am sure it will be more appealing to others. I have a pool and I am a beach girl so it wasn't a big deal to me. The rolling black outs was a bit of a surprise but it didn't last long.

My gf and I stayed here during Thanksgiving holiday for about a week. I was a little skeptical at first, because you never know how accurate the description will be, but I’m glad I stayed. The location is right off the beach and when they mentioned that shops were 2 blocks away, from the street, it was 2 blocks away. Also, the host was very polite and I was always in communication with her.

The property was great! There wasn’t nothing I didn’t like. The area was nice and wasn’t busy at all. The instructions were very clear and quick that it took less then 5 minutes to enter the property. Although the pool wasn’t open, it wasn’t a big deal to me because you have private access to the beach that is literally right outside the property. After a long, hot day, it was nice going back into the property because it had Wi-Fi, AC, and a nice view from the balcony to just sit and relax.

The studio is a little outdated but its clean, neat, comfortable and has an amazing beach view! Close to restaurants, bars, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. we had a car rental so it was a plus to have a parking spot. You can certainly take and Uber to go to further places if you don’t have a car. Staff from the building were super friendly and helpful.
Only suggestion I have is to keep a broom and basic cleaning supplies just in case someone needs them. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent location on beach. Rooms are privately owned. The home owners association is responsible for building maintenance. The pool is not operational, lobby bar and coffee caffe were not open. Home owners in process to agree on budget to open all. My room was very clean and comfortable.

Excellent Location. Walking distance to very good restaurants. Convenient kitchen if traveling with kids. Pueblo supermarket 5 mins away. Beautiful beach few steps away from the lobby. Comfortable and clean apartment with everything you need. Located walking distance from hotel with casino. Very close to the airport ,Old San Juan and El Yunque rainforest.

We rented this spot for our family if 4 - 2 adults & 2 kids. Parking in the underground garage was a huge plus, beds were comfy, space was great for us. We simply use our VRBOs for sleeping, as we spend as much time out and about as possible, so this fit the bill perfectly. Game room and vending machines were a huge bonus for the kiddos!
Read the description. Yes, the pool isn't operational but due to the HUGE beach that the property sits on, you don't need it!!!

The apartment was nice. Ocean view, clean. Unfortunately The location was to closed to El San Juan Hotel in Puerto Rico.. The hotel adverticed music from Thursdays to Fridays. This time we were there from the 7 of July to the 27. The hotel had private parties every day. Including Sundays and Mondays. The mysic was extremely loud and disruptive. The peace and tranquility that travelers needs to enjoy a great vacation was not provided.We were not able to enjoy our expensive and atractive apartment.They had no respect, courtesy, or sensitivity to the people that were renting in the area. Unfortunately they should be made responsible for keeping the music codes to date. No many people were happy at this time.

The place is very basic. You can have a waterfront view but cant help but to notice the unattractive emptiness of the pool area. The place seems old. The 1st shower I took the shower head bracket broke. I went to use the blow dryer they had and I almost caused a fire because it was blowing smoke. Also if you are looking for nightlife entertainment this is not the place to be in. The hotel next to us looked awesome. They had a poolbar, beautiful lighting at night, music, and free beachchairs. This hotel was charging 5 bucks each. One last thing, the tv is really small for the room size.

It was very nice and Isabel is super with all her information and communication with you. It can be a noisy area and the hotel was under renovation, but the views and the convenience are top notch.
