Everything was absolutely amazing, starting from the entrance gate when we arrived to the very last minute of our stay. This place is incredibly comfortable, cozy, and tranquil, surrounded by a picturesque natural landscape and gardens on the property. Among other amenities, we were welcomed with a plate of local fruits and lemons that are grown in the garden. When it's hot outside, you can take a dip in the pool and relax while listening to the sounds of nature. Finally, there were some adorable cats on the property that made our stay even more homelike.

We saw a peacock in the garden only once. (I'm kidding - there was nothing that we didn't like).

Everything was beautiful- a magnificent property and welcoming hosts.

Difficult to locate. A street sign would be helpful or detailed directions. Tucked away down a drive whilst beautiful it is difficult to find.

The garden was simply incredible. Like having your little own Versailles garden for private usage. Scent of lemon and flowers, breathtaking view on the valley, peacocks walking through the garden. We stayed for the honemoon trip and we could not imagine nicer place for stay. It was the highlight of our trip :)

We could not describe our stay there in few sentences, everything about the property is just amazing . Such a wonderful place, unforgetable experience. Every part of this beautiful property has its own story, we can't wait to come again. A Big thank you to the host for the exceptional hospitality and kindness.

My boyfriend and I loved this amazing house! The hosts were the best ever,the garden the pool. We were here for 3 nights. It was lovely to spend the day here and go explore at the evening. Love it! We will be back for sure.

Casa Limonaia is a beautiful estate outside the centre of Perugia. The estate is fantastically maintained and this place is unique. One has a view over the countryside to Assisi. Limonaia stands for the many lemon trees in a beautiful rose garden. Thilak (gardener and manager) is extremely helpful and arranges everything down to the last detail. The kitchen and bedroom are a bit small relative to the living room but sufficient for 2 people. It is a quiet place and has a beautiful ambiance.

There is no direct access to the terrace from the apartment.

We went to Umbria to spend our holidays as my husband and myself enjoy culture and nature Casa Limonaia is a beautiful place to stay as the location is perfect for being in a relaxing place as well as getting to visit some cities as Perugia and Assisi The garden was a beautiful place to spend our evening as well as the swimming pool which was just for us The dependence of the house was beautiful as we stayed there , a beautiful incredible well sorted library with so many books to enjoy our time Thilak was very nice and we had everything we needed for our stay Definitely a place to go if you want to be relaxed , we still remember the beautiful garden !
