We loved our stay here! Check in process was easy and the space fit 7 easily. We did encounter a broken coffee pot on arrival, but they delivered a brand new one within hours. GREAT location close to Saugatuck and in a quiet neighborhood. I think a few other reviews noted this, but the water did taste funny from the faucet, so we ended up buying some outside of the house. Absolutely loved the mornings on the back porch!

7 of us stayed here for a bachelorette weekend getaway and it was perfect! The home was clean, hot tub was an added plus and we were walking distance to so many places! The beach was a quick drive away and plenty of space for 7 of us! The pull out couch was not the comfiest, but all the actual beds were. I would definitely come back if I find myself in Saugatuck again!

This was perfect for 6 adults and 2 little dogs- 3 couples, each with quite private rooms. Kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms very clean. Hot tub was nice, but dirty upon our arrival. Easy check in and out, and the secluded backyard was perfect for the dogs.

We enjoyed our time in Sagatuck. It was a cute town with lots to do nearby for a short trip. Loved the place and cute backyard. Beds were a little hard and no tvs in any of bedrooms. Overall was a nice trip. Would come back.

This is our second stay at The 511. We love the layout of the place and it is perfect for our family trips. The decor is simple and clean and is a very relaxing space for us. We hope to try it again in the summertime.

Loved our stay here, plenty of space for everyone, great hot tubbing and close to town. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is it was difficult to find on the street, it gets dark so early and there was no visible house number, no lights were on, and we couldn’t even see the house bc of the bushes in the front. It’s a bit nerve wrecking approaching a house and you’re not sure If you’re in the right place, but once we figured it out it was great lol.

Had a great time spending a weekend here with friends. The hot tub/backyard is a great hangout area and the three bathrooms are great if you've got several couples staying over. Couple little things could be a little better - no shelf in master shower, strange steps/layout of master bath - but they're tiny things and the house itself is a great space and a really great location close to Douglas and Saugatuck. Organized hosts and easy check-in and check-out process.

Had a terrific stay! Back yard is big enough for dogs, and the interior is so adorable. Was everything we hoped for and the location is fantastic. Would recommend!

We had a great time at this property. It was very close to both Saugatuck and Douglas and very quiet neighborhood. The property was clean and adorable. There were some missing essentials in the kitchen though including oven mitts and sheet pans.

We had a great time at this very clean, very nicely decorated house. The beds were comfortable; we kept marveling at how cute the house was and how well it was arranged to maximize space. We loved the backyard, as did our dog! There was one afternoon/evening where one of the neighbors (the ones who share the driveway fence line) had some people over and were playing music very loudly. It didn't last more than a few hours and overall was not a huge detraction from our stay. You are very close to town, probably about a 15 minute walk. When we noticed the coffee carafe had a crack in it, they brought us a brand new coffee maker that same day. Would definitely recommend this property!

The house is really nicely appointed with a great aesthetic and a deliberate attention to detail. You will find a wonderful selection of books and artwork throughout the home, very comfortable furniture and beds, as well as a well organized and appropriately stocked kitchen (utensils, cookware, table settings - sufficient in number and nicely consistent). The house was very clean and uncluttered. The fenced backyard was ideal for allowing our dog to roam a bit while we enjoyed the clean hot tub. Saugatuck and Douglas were fun to explore - wonderful dining options and interesting sites and shopping. It kept our crew which included ages 10 and up entertained. The location of the house is slightly off the main streets of S&D, but also highly central to everything you might want or need. Within 5 minutes drive you can be in Saugatuck, Douglas, grocery stores, restaurants, parks and boutique shopping. It is also likely walkable but we didn’t try that mode of transport. Clearly the owners and property managers put a lot of thought into the house and it shows. Great stay and experience all around!

Our group of six (plus a pup) had a wonderful winter weekend here. Hot tub was awesome, and the fenced yard made it easy to have our dog with us. We didn't venture out much and enjoyed just hanging out in the open living area.

The property was a bit far to walk into downtown Saugatuck and Douglas during the winter, but the drive was super short (only 3 min) and it could've been walking distance in a warmer month.

very clean and well maintained, does not feel like a rental

We rented this home as a weekend family getaway/girls trip. The house was clean and is beautiful. They had everything we needed and the hot tub was such a nice relaxing bonus. The location is so close to downtown and we got to do some Christmas shopping at the shops. I highly recommend this property to others searching for a place to stay in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We used the house for a family get together. Everything was immaculately clean when we arrived. The instructions for check out were straightforward. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet that was perfect for my toddler to sleep in a pack n' play. You do need to bring your own bed blankets at the moment because of covid, but that wasn't a problem. The hot tub was so nice at the end of the day and was very clean. My only minor issue, which isn't the fault of the house at all, was it is not exactly safe to walk into town with a stroller because you have to walk on the highway with no sidewalks. But the little street the house is on is fun to walk down, and we had no issues driving into town. I would absolutely stay here again.
