My wife, a few friends, and I visited the area to attend the Gator Bowl. This place was absolutely perfect. It was clean and close to everything. The owners communicated well, and we felt at home in the condo! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling in the Jacksonville area.

Possibly the best VRBO we've ever stayed at, and we've stayed at a bunch. Great location, super clean, and decorated. Back porch has a wonderful view. Area is very quiet. Very close to the beach (we often walked...it's about a1/4 mile). Owner is super attentive (we talked a few times). We will be back.

Super clean, well stocked condo in a great location! The screened porch was a plus! Easy walk to the beach and the neighborhood is quiet. Fernandina historic downtown is so pretty with numerous restaurants and cute shops. A 10 minute drive gets you there. We loved it!

Our 1st visit to Amelia Island did not disappoint. I enjoyed how quiet it was in the condo. We had everything we needed and then some. The screened in porch was so relaxing! Location was great, we weren't far from the beach, wonderful restuarants and great shops downtown. Everyone was so friendly!

Condo was as described. Attractive and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels and paper goods were supplied. The location is quiet but very close to the beach and downtown Fernandina. Very nice stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with April and spouse. We were celebrating our 60th Anniversary and were greeted with a warm welcome and gifts of flowers, Prosecco, candy and other treats as well as a card with a beautiful hand-written note from them. The condo was well-stocked with towels, dishes, pots and pans, etc. We loved sitting out on the screened porch and looking at the small pond behind the condo...even saw a wood stork foraging about 40 feet from where I sat. We loved our stay and would recommend it to friends any time.

We loved everything about the condo! It is in a very quiet neighborhood, surrounded by trees and nature. This unit overlooks a nice pond and it is very relaxing to sit on the screened porch and enjoy the wildlife. The condo is close to everything in Fernandina Beach yet it feels like you are miles away. It is also the cleanest rental that we have ever been in. Scott and April are very accessible and accommodating. We would definitely rent from them again in the future!

Great location, quite, well taken care of. This is an excellent place for 2 couples or family of 4. We enjoyed the convenience of the location to Fernandina and Jacksonville. We have stayed at Amelia Landing for the last two UGA/FL game weekends and love the location . This condo was great!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The condo was clean and spacious! Perfect for a couples trip or a small family like ours. The area was quiet and secluded but centrally located to everything! The porch overlooking the pond was great for relaxing and my husband enjoyed fishing some while we were there. We had zero issues but Scott and April were very responsive to my messages before and during our stay. We will definitely be going back and staying here again!

Unit was very clean and well stocked.

We had a great experience in this rental. The owners provided suggestions for great places to eat and activities for all types of weather. Our only issue was the dust on the walls in one of the bedrooms. This really irritated the allergies of one member of our party and we ended up switching rooms and dusting what we could reach. Otherwise, it was a nice stay with a great location.

What a wonderful stay in a beautifully maintained 2 bedroom 2 bath condo!! The condo itself was as comfortable as it could be with all the amenities of home. We were able to prepare a few meals in the well equipped kitchen as well as walk to restaurants to grab a quick bite (VPizza) and Ice Cream too (DeNucci’s). We walked easily to the beach for a nightly stroll and also took the short drive to Main Beach for a day in the sun! The hosts were very communicative before and during our stay. They reached out to us when they realized the internet router was offline and gave access to another in case we couldn’t reset the router. I stay in many places and this by far was one of the best!! Little details made it perfect such as clear welcome packet of directions - great hand soaps and pods for washer and dishwasher. Comfortable beds, beach chairs and the screened in porch were the silver lining to this quiet, secluded but ideally located gem rolled into one! Appreciate that the listing matches the reality - will be back again!

Quiet, and had everything we needed for a week long stay.

First the condo was awesome, we loved the location. The screen porch was great and we sat out there often. The beds were very comfortable. The beach was very close and we loved having the beach cart and the chairs and umbrellas to use. The kitchen was well stocked . The only thing that was a problem were the people ( elephants) above us…. They had 2 teenage girls and they didn’t go to bed until around 3 or 4 in the morning . They were very loud and it really made sleeping difficult for us. All in all it was a great vacation and we loved the place. I think that it would be a good idea if owners would remind guests that someone is below them and to be respectful and to walk softly.

We had a great time—the condo was as advertised—clean, well equipped and convenient to: ocean, beachfront happy hour and a 5-minute drive to downtown. Highly recommended.

Everything was as described. The building was located in a secluded, quiet area with nature abounding everywhere. The only negative was the internet was spotty, but the owners quickly provided the info for a solution and that worked. We prefer firmer furniture, but overall we had a great time.

We had a wonderful experience during our two-week stay. This cozy family friendly cottage is peaceful and serene. The location is ideal. It is a quick walk to the ocean in one direction, and near shops and grocery store in the other. April and Scott (Owners/managers) stocked the rental with everything you need and more! The pictures are true representation of the property.

Condo was perfect! Great location, VERY clean, lots of room for 3 adults. The screened in porch was excellent. 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants. The property is just like it was pictured. The location was centrally located to the places that we wanted to visit. It's a nice place to relax and getaway, and the property owners had all the extras you could possibly need. We plan to be back to stay again soon!
