Great location for walking into town.

Our stay was great at this property. Communication was super fast (not that we had any problems at all, just letting them know when we would be there/checking out). The information packet they send before hand has all the info you need. Looking forward to staying at this or another of their properties again!

We had a wonderful long weekend in Bend at Elderberry. Great clean property with a lovely outdoor area for morning coffee and evening cocktails. EASY walk to town for all of what Bend has to offer. Some of the best and most comprehensive communication about the property and area we’ve ever experienced from a host. Highly recommend.

Very nice place to stay! Reminded us of the house I raised my kids in! Fun to reminisce ❤️ . Unfortunately my husband and the dog weren’t able to make it due to the Seattle Ice Storm happening at the time, but we had a lot of fun!

Our stay was perfect. Great communication, easy check in, great convenient off downtown location. Beds were comfy, hot tub was in good working order, loved the creaky wood floors! would stay here again

Came here to check out Bend for a long weekend and it was great! The place is just as advertised with a great common area and kitchen and 3 rooms. The outside was fantastic and all we wanted to see was within walking distance! I'd recommend the place to anyone.

Overall I think this place is pretty good place to stay, they allow dogs and there is a large yard and hot tub, bend is just expensive in general.

We stayed for two weeks during which our daughters were competing in a local horse show. The location of this house is perfect! Easy walk to downtown. House was very clean and well organized upon arrival. Had all the amenities as described. There was an unusual heatwave going on when we were there. This house has 2 air conditioning window units that work very well in 2 bedrooms (although loud when running). The front bedroom does not have a unit in it but if you leave the bedroom doors open, it seems to help to circulate air. We left all curtains and doors closed while out of the house during the day and let the window units run so when we returned, the house felt pretty comfortable. Most nights the temps did drop so you could open the windows for cool air. Within the first couple of days I noticed a few small bugs around the house. I took a picture and texted the management and they said they were harmless and offered to spray outside the home while we were there. I declined, thinking, "as long as they are harmless, not a big deal". Well, they seemed to have multiplied quickly, by the 2nd week they were everywhere, in every room. I let the management know that spraying was probably a good idea, even if we didn't benefit from it the next guests would. The only other issue we had was with the shower drain. It drained fine the first few days but by the 2nd week it was draining so slow that when you finished a quick shower you had water up to your mid-calf. I wouldn't say these are deal breakers but just good to know.

Location was perfect. Hot tub was awesome and the house was clean and very well-appointed. PS - I may have left a small stuffed black cat in one of the bed rooms. Means the world to me. Could you check for it and then mail it to Colorado? I’d be more than happy to pay for shipping. Thank you!

Pleasant older home in close proximity to downtown and everything Bend has to offer. Found the beds comfortable. Nice outdoor space as well.

We had a great time in Bend! The house was a great location! Walking distance to downtown and easy access to Bachelor. We would come back for sure!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay while we were checking out Bend. Central location to walk around the town and our pups loved playing in the snow in the backyard.

Cute, cozy house. The only thing I would have liked to see is more side, backyard lighting.

We just needed a change of scene :-) This house was perfect for us and our small dogs. Loved the easy walk to nearby parks and shops/restaurants. The pups became a hit at LooneyBeans (amazing pastries and fabulous coffee!). The hot tub was great for evening relaxing. Check in was simple. The house was clean and plenty of space for us. Only wish the couch and coffee table were a little bigger for even greater relaxation environment.

Great location. Nice property and plenty of room for 6 of us. Only one bathroom made it a little tough. Also only one mirror in the house in the bathroom. Tub/shower drained slow. Hot tub was great and played family board games. Overall a great rental!

Stayed here for a week while I was in town visiting friends and family. It’s a rad classic Oregon craftsman style home super close to the river on the trendy Westside area, walking distance to downtown and tons of restaurants. The house was well stocked with linens and the kitchen was set up nicely. Nice bedding on VERY soft and squishy beds. The house was pretty clean but it’s definitely been a few years since the photos have been taken, normal wear and tear stuff, yard could use some love, nothing major. Also, the hardwood floors are super squeaky everywhere, not the best house for a family game of hide and seek, there’s no stealth moving in this place. Overall not a bad spot and we enjoyed our stay.

The house was perfect for us. It was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed and was walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. There is a private parking place in the back where we left our car and walked everywhere for the first 4 days we were in town. If you have dogs, the fence is good but if your fur baby is small, check the gate as you may want to make sure he/she can't wiggle through the boards. The BBQ worked well and outdoor table/chairs lovely for summer. All in all, a great rental in Bend!

Great location, very very clean and super responsive hosts - and walking distance to Drake Park and downtown. Highly recommend this wonderful Bend retreat! The hot tub...almost forgot that. Beautiful outdoor space for sunning and outdoor dining surrounding the spa! Thank u so much for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!
