Amazing property and location... an ideal space only an hour and a half from home which made it great for a long weekend getaway!! All the amenities you could ask for and then some!! Already looking to consider a revisit next year but maybe in the summer where we can enjoy a full week!! Our host was great with checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and if there were any concerns, i don't think he would be long to respond which is comforting to know!!! Definitely top of our list of cottages we have been to!!

Awesome weekend at an awesome cottage!

This was the perfect place for a relaxing girls weekend away from the kids. The cottage is spacious and lovely. Extra touches like Starbucks coffee and tea were much appreciated. The hot tub was a nice way to relax in the evenings. Thank you Frank and Carol!

Great location, comfortable, clean and overall beautiful place. The hot tub in the fall is so key since it was cold and rainy for parts of our stay. Frank was very helpful with any questions we had. Such a great find. We'll be back next year for sure!

This is our third stay. Great location, helpful without being in intrusive hosts. Everything you could want in the kitchen. Even though it rained we had a wonderful time with our grandchildren. Love the hot tub. M &T

What a fantastic place to stay at Frank and Carol’s beautiful cottage. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and it had all the amenities we needed. Frank was great at communication quickly and checked in with us to ensure all was good. I would highly recommend staying there.

Our family of 5 adults had a wonderful, relaxing weekend at this cottage. The property is stunning both inside and out and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed sitting out by the water, unwinding I’m the hot tub and making s’mores over a fire. We also did quite a bit of cooking in the spacious kitchen. I really appreciated Frank’s communication through the app. He was very proactive, helpful and responsive. Highly recommend staying at this cottage! We will hopefully return in the future.

Our family stayed with 2 young children, 4 and 6 and grandparents. We had a blast even when the weather wasn’t very cooperative as there was plenty to do inside the screened in porch, tv, build Lego. We loved fishing off the dock, taking out the canoe and kayaks and relaxing in the hot tub. Very well stocked kitchen for preparing meals and a great honour system setup where you find several basic ingredients and can use and replenish them. Highly recommend the area for hiking biking and rented time in a motor boat through xtreme adventures in Collingwood.

This a great property with lots of room in an open concept setting and an adjacent screened in sunroom, all right on the water with many included amenities including hot tub, kayaks & canoes etc.. Great sunsets & fire pit at waters edge. This was our second summer week at this cottage and we are considering this as an annual family tradition. Frank & Carol follow up periodically to help see if everything was okay to help ensure we had everything we needed. Richard

Absolutely beautiful spot! My family and I had such a great week at this cottage! Cottage is way nicer Thea. The picture allow you to see. Nice private property the water and the kayak where a big hit for us. I personally loved the hot tub at sunset!! The sunsets are beautiful. Fabulous cottage and property! Fully equipped and very peaceful!

Our Adult family of 4 and 2 dogs spent a quiet relaxing week in this beautifully appointed well built cottage on Lake Eugenia. The cottage layout and grounds allowed for a great space to connect and relax. Frank was very quick with any inquires and ensured our stay was hassle free. We were constantly amazed with the varying sunset views each evening We took advantage of being in the area to visit Tuesdays Keady Market and spent an afternoon at the Scandinav spa only 35 minutes away. We hope to return next summer.

Well appointed, very warm and welcoming, with modern amenities. From the spacious kitchen, to the inhouse stereo with Bluetooth; the privacy, and sunsets, it will want you booking your next visit before you leave.

I do not think there is a better host than Frank & Carol. The home is well taken care of, beautiful inside, and extremely cozy. Not only did they communicate daily during the visit, but when a challenge arose, the host ventured out to remedy the problem. As others have mentioned, the cabin is well stocked with bathroom towels, various bug repellant, cleaning products, and complementary coffee. Our teenagers loved swimming and canoeing on the lake, discovered the joy of a hot tub, and enjoyed family games in the well maintained screen-in-porch. The only caution I would mention to summer travelers, the property does not have air conditioning. While this might have been a challenge during a historic 2023 summer heatwave, Frank provides myriad fans and the strong window screens are great for keeping out pesky bugs and letting in cool, evening air. If you're looking for a gem of a property and host, look no further!

Frank ensures all things are in order, clean and fully stocked. The cottage and property are Outstanding! Highly recommend this property for your next getaway, whether you travel alone, with kids or with friends, there is plenty of room and lots to do. Frank is very responsive and supportive, he even offered to mail a few items left behind. You won’t be disappointed!

Property was stunning, we loved taking a drink down to dock and watch the sunset . Frank and Carol are great hosts and they've done a great job on inside of the house . Everything we needed was there and would highly recommend this property to others.

We had an absolute amazing time at this lovely cottage. Communication with Frank was quick and easy, always pleasant. We enjoyed hours of fishing, canoeing, and swimming. We also enjoyed a few soaks in the tub! Will definitely come again. Thanks for the memories!

Had a great time at the cottage. It was as beautiful as the surroundings. Fished, kayaked, played games and had so many laughs. Sunset was amazing!

From the first interaction with Frank to leaving the cottage, everything was perfect! A beautiful, clean cottage with all the extras. We loved our morning coffee on the dock, playing games in the screened in porch and cooking as a family in the large kitchen. We have already booked our next get away here!

We had an amazing time at the cottage , our Host Frank was great always ready to ask how are things or to answer questions . The cottage was very clean and had everything you would need. The kitchen is fully loaded with long beautiful counters and plenty of room. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very modern and nicely decorated , the cottage was delightful and lots of space, cosy and is perfect for a family. My husband was in his glory with the BBQ , he said Frank has great taste in Bbq's , Weber Grill :) We enjoyed relaxing and watching Swans , Canadian geese and beautiful Ospreys catch fish . The sunsets are stunning and you can see it from the cottage or you can enjoy it from the dock. It is very private even tho you have cottages around you they have many tree's giving you privacy , we loved our stay and would definitely go back. Deb & Guy

We had a great family trip to Frank & Carol’s cottage. The property and the cottage are beautiful and well maintained. Frank was easy to communicate with and we enjoyed the information and the little extras that were provided. We would love to stay again!

A great place for sunset lovers and quiet retreats. A short drive to a number of excellent half day trips - Creemore, Thornbury, Meaford, Scandinave Spa and an even shorter trip to Eugenia Falls Conservation Area on the Bruce trail! Will be back in the fall!

The place was beautiful , and everything was provided as listed. Frank texted each morning to ensure all was well. The lake was crystal clear and the hot tub was great. A little escape to the home feeling of a cottage.
