This facility was great including layout, space, view and location. 4 bedrooms (that had no bunk beds like a lot of places 👎) with 3 full baths!!! Zion National Park is less than an hour away with Bryce Canyon and the Grand Canyon each in the 2.5 hour range.

Quiet neighborhood, conservative decorations, great view, large garage. Could use a few more kitchen items. Beds in two rooms are low to the ground, making it challenging for elderly visitors. Overall a good experience. Would rent again.

I am disappointed people don't tell the truth on the review. This was a good sound house in a good quiet neighborhood. Pleasant views and convenient location but. The home was not clean . The furniture was heavily soiled as was the carpet . The dishwasher was moldy and smelled bad and barely worked . The oven had never been cleaned . The barbecue was dirty and greasy only one burner of 3 was working correctly . Pots and pans were very old . The linens smelled of a very pungent detergent . we washed them again with a no scent detergent before use . No remote garage door opener was also an inconvenience .

We had a great weekend staying at this property. We visited with friends and family and mostly use this as a place to lay our heads and clean up. For that it was perfect! The beds are low, and quite firm so plan on that. Everything we needed was there and communication was excellent.

Beautiful home with spacious rooms and 3 queen beds & 2 twin. Kitchen had spices and condiments. Tv had amazing number of channels. Check out & cleanup wasn’t as involved as experienced with some other vrbo. 3 spacious bathrooms. The house felt luxurious. Stayed a weekend in January.

Great home, location and overall experience.

Home was very clean and roomy. The view from the living room toward the mountains was great. Beds in a couple of the rooms were very close to the ground, they need a box springs added to heighten the beds. Overall the home was great.

We felt the property was a perfect fit for our group. Here are a few suggestions from our stay the house. 1. Motion Sensing Light at Front Door: We arrived late at night and had a difficult time entering the house. 2. Front Bedroom with the Twin Beds: All curtains need to be Light Darkening Curtains. One window just had sheers. 3. Master Bedroom Bathroom: Toilet-Ran. We were able to fix but needs to be looked at by owner. 4. Lights over the Dining Room Table: We had a difficult time playing card or board games due to the dim lighting. 5. Dishwasher: Bottom Rack kept coming off the track. Not sure if this is due to the new spray arm or the rack needs to be replaced. Overall, We would stay at this location again.

Enjoyed our stay here with two families (8 ppl total). It was too hot to enjoy much of the outside spaces but we liked all the room inside. Lots of dining options nearby. A nice drive to Zion. A bit further to Bryce but still doable.

Our family of 4 stayed here to visit Bryce, Grand Canyon, Zion, Snow Canyon, and San Hollow. It was the perfect homebase for our journeys. The view of Zion from the patio and windows in living room is a bonus. Host was quick to respond and help with any issues. I highly recommend El Jinete, Lonny Boy's BBQ, and Main St. Cafe, especially the last one! Walmart was just 10 min away, with a local grocery store even closer.

The house was spotless! We loved the bedroom layout. Our family of 6 each had their own beds and plenty of space. 30 mins from Zion National Park, and less than 10 minutes to Walmart, Medical clinics, and all the necessities. Tucked in a subdivision, felt like home away from home. Spacious kitchen with plenty of seating. Some of the beds are super low to the ground, which took some getting used to. Overall, we would stay here again!
