Dead roaches on floor; dirty sheets were left on nightstand by housekeeping and room was not vacuumed; opened a packaged bagel one morning and found mold on it

Breakfast ahs a variety of options. I was really impress. Better than other places. It has something for everyone. Breakfast that will not disappoint.

Tell you to come prepare with a picture of your License plate or male sure that you know the number otherwise be prepare to run back to give it.

The room was quirky but we had everything we needed and was comfortable.

The location to Zion was good.

The breakfast wasn’t great. The machines kept malfunctioning at breakfast. Our furnace in our room didn’t work, the hot tub wouldn’t hold temperature and the laundry facility was out of order. There was wet paint on the walls in our room and ruined my sons clothing. Not the greatest stay we’ve had on vacation.

The rooms was clean beds comfortable and the breakfast is good 😊

It was much cheaper to stay in Zion west at this location compared to somewhere much closer to Zion by sacrificing 20 minutes of drive time. Add to that access to city amenities within 2-3 miles drive compared to Springdale where everything is considered an inaccessible luxury. The breakfast was okay. A little less than other best western plus locations we visited. The attendant was very attentive to ensure that everything is stocked and restocked except for the yogurt.

The yogurt was out since 8am and was not restocked at all even though there was an hour to go. The reason given was that they were rationing it so that they would have it for the next day as well. So I had to reason with them to get at least one per each of my kids. The pool and jacuzzi was closed for the season.

Good breakfast with hot options, eggs, bacon, fruit, waffles, cereal. We went to Zions and St George from here, location was perfect. Across the street from grocery store and Maverick. Hot tub was outside, nice and hot.

All reasonable for 7 days staying except the front desk staff!

I reached there at 1 pm they told me no check in before 3 pm without giving a clear reason!, then after 3 pm they realized they had canceled my confirmed booking by mistake it took 30 minutes to fix the problem plus they were very rude with me from start to the end!, this was such a horrible experience as i was extremely tired after 5 hours of driving

Decent rooms, relatively modern. Free breakfast was your pretty standard powdered eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, etc.

While it was close to Zion, there’s not much to do or eat in between Zion and St. George.

breakfast was ok but only plastic cutlery and paper plates and cups!!!
