fron desk is very good , breakfast is very clean and good

pricing for two nights was a little too high and a maintenance man literally opened the locked door to my room while my husband and I were in bed asleep which was super weird

Nothing about this place.

Bed was a rock. Pillows were very small. Loud horn noise from water from other room woke me up all through the night.

The elevator was broken and our room was on the 3rd floor. We are 70 years old and had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. When I requested to be moved to the 1st floor they refused to move us. Once we finally made it to our room we went to get a snack and some ice and the ice machine was broken and no vending machine. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was so friendly! I'm a single mom and they made my kids feel so welcomed!

For one it smelled of wetness when you walked in. The rooms smelled like smoke. Faucet in room was broke made a loud sound whenever turned on hot water. Ice bucket was left in room where someone used it to. Catch water out of faucet, they also had left a bath towel in the refrigerator that seemed to be placed in there to catch leaking water. Water was streaming from freezer like defrosting or something. Was sent to another room in which staff didn't activate the keys so had to go back down to talk to them and then was offered an upgrade to a room, that still smelled like smoke and the TV was broke, wouldn't even turn on. It was horrible to get off a highway and go to where you trying to get comfortable to run into that situation. They had already jacked the prices up, but to walk into something that nasty and expectant to pay almost 300 a night. They need for someone to come in and get the hotel together. It was bad!
