This is a nice, clean and friendly hotel. The staff were amazing! Will definitely book to stay here again!

The room size is spacious and very well appointed. The hallways were wide and kept clean. The amenities are a rarity in this area and parking felt adequate. I especially enjoyed the smooth check in and checkout process as well as a fully stocked coffee bar at all times in the lobby.

The rooms did have some imperfections on the walls which felt a tad excessive for how new the facility is. The tv selection was limited but there were enough of the big name channels to find something to watch. The beds are horrendously uncomfortable and the metal frames “bang” when getting onto and off the bed.

Breakfast great! Staff was above and beyond friendly and welcoming. Room was excellent!

Nothing at all

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful; complimentary breakfast was delicious; complimentary apples, cookies and beverages were greatly appreciated when snack cravings hit; room was spacious and clean; TV allowed access to a variety of streaming apps, some were even free; indoor pool was clean and heated (much appreciated during our winter stay); fitness center had a lot of nice equipment options; check-in and check-out was a breeze.

My card was charged three times totaling over $500 for a one night stay. I had to call four times in the morning, no one was avail to answer the ph for quite sometime, the gentleman that finally picked up said they were short staffed, he was away from the desk attending to the kitchen?

Employees are extremely polite & helpful !!!
