This is a fantastic holiday home. The process from booking to checking out was flawless. Communication was excellent. They were accommodating and helpful with coordinating our activities and transport. The home was beautiful, quiet, clean.

The space, the decor, the service and close to all attractions. Hosts are amazing people, very friendly, kind and helpful. They helped to plan and book all activities and made our stay smooth and stress free. The cleaner and gardener were great too. Highly recommend!

The house was not suitable for a long stay (7days) The hosts were unfriendly The WI-FI was atrocious When asked about the wifi, the owner was rude and made my wife and I uncomfortable Pool was small (less then 2.5m wide) Both the kitchen and bathroom was ill-equipped. There was no microwave and the salt shaker was empty. Bathroom didn't have basic toiletries that is normally found at a lodge (such as shampoo, shower gell) There was only 1 two pin plug available to charge phones and it had to be shared with the TV and fan

The apartment is so spacious with beautiful furniture but most important is we felt very safe & welcome. The owner really put in a lot to make this property an amazingly cozy home. I’ve stayed in a lot of airbnb places but this one is the best of them all. My family loved it, kids had a great time playing in the house. Wifi is good,I was able to do my work without any issues. Bathrooms were very clean & I loved the showers. We enjoyed relaxing & having our lunch on the veranda looking at the pool & plants. Its very close to the town & shops as well , a few min drive or walk to the Falls, we saw a lot of people walking to the falls from town. Steven & Eleni were so nice & friendly, they’re always available when you need them. I highly recommend booking all activities with them as well, you’ll get better prices. If I have to pick a place in VicFalls again I will not even bother trying other places, I’ll go for this one again cause its splendid.
