Nothing.
Most of the stuff. Toilet was shaking 😂, no Air con, called at 3:15pm & maintenance came in at around 2am. Too many checkups on how you enjoying the stay, place is just riding on old waves…

The breakfast was exceptional and truly made me feel at home. It was so tempting that I couldn't resist indulging, and I've even gained a little weight! Keep up the great work!

Honestly maybe the beds
Staff wouldn’t give us another towel although for two people they only had one towel in there big towel and when we asked for another they asked why. Breakfast to buy is $30 per person we had guests come and see us but of what you’re getting and paying that price it was extortionate. The pool isn’t working which is one of the main reasons you book to stay and the state of the cleanliness in the room rust on the headlamps, dirty toilet brush and dust on top of surfaces it really made us reconsider why we had chosen this hotel sadly

I liked nothing about the property, this place is tired
No air conditioning, old, poor facilities. I regret staying here honestly

Great location and excellent facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was also really good.
The aircon/HVAC system wasn’t working so the rooms were very stuffy. Parts of the room could do with some upgrades.

I like the location, the ease of getting a taxicab by the door.
The fact that you still haven’t renovated your bathrooms, water pressure was very low in the shower.
The bathroom sinks are also old.
The carpets are old and dirty, they need to be replaced.
Most wines on the list were not in stock.
The room fridge was turned off, and melted water from the freezer was not cleaned out.

The customer service was exceptionally good throughout all staff. Of particular mention is Simba and Tafadzwa who were at the reception. Their customer care was above and beyond. Keep it up happy client here

The location of the hotel and the view from the room
The hotel is too expensive, R2000 for one night without breakfast is just ridiculous. The furniture is old and the aircon is not working, a portable aircon was then delivered to the room. Otherwise, the stuff is welcoming, especially the security and the doorman, not sure about the people at the reception, they could do more with smiles and some energy.

The front desk had confirmed that my breakfast would be ready for collection at 4.30am as I had a morning flight to catch. This was not done.

The staff were great!
Facilities are rather tired. Charged 5 star rates for a 2 star facility. Needs upgrade thus hotel. It used to be the pride of Harare but like everything else has lost its lustre. The breakfast was the same for a whole week.
It's hard to blame the hotel as the city itself has turned into one big flea market. Was last at this hotel about 3 years ago and cant believe how far standards have slipped.

It was clean
Tried to swap my breakfast, that I would have missed next day as my flight was an early flight to the same day and the manager refused as well as to refund the breakfast money.

I liked that they serve Afrikan food.
The menu is too limited and their bottled water makes one sick. Bring your own bottled water.
