Everything was great

Lobby was fun and beautiful… great having access to water, coffee, tea all day!!! Love having the wine and snacks there too! Overall very peaceful too when in our room. Complimentary continental breakfast.

Towels- we got 2 and each time one was for a grown up and one was smaller like a kids towel! No gym/ equipment. Would like more bread options for GF & Vegan people, but apple and tangerines were good.

Location was fabulous. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

Comfortable modern redo of classic building in the pedestrian area of Santa Rosa. Quiet and clean comfortable room. Nice bath with good amenities.

Location was excellent, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.Lobby was spacious and airy and included a small bar.

The location couldn’t be better. The beds are comfortable with fluffy and firm pillows. Morning breakfast is simple and filling.

The rooms are lovely and clean. The staff is also lovely and very helpful.

I wish there was more a bar vibe to hang out - but that’s not the end of the world.

It was an elegant hotel right on the square in Santa Rosa, and it allowed us to travel with our dog

The breakfast was rather spartan - croissants and oranges, and the bar only served beer and wine

We had a lovely corner room. However, the windows aren’t insulated so you can hear street noise all night.

Conveniently located in the middle of downtown Santa Rosa, the hotel was in walking distance from restaurants and shopping. It’s a beautiful old building.

I wish there were more options for parking. But, where it’s located I do understand that parking is limited. “Continental Breakfast” was fairly limited to small muffins, yogurt and oranges with options for coffee, tea or bottled orange juice.

It was a clean and modern hotel with the distinction of history that is part of that old building. It was a nice spot that was centrally located in the heart of Santa Rosa, only 20 minutes from the airport and right in the middle of downtown, with many shops and restaurants within walk distance. The staff was top notch from the front desk to the valet and everyone in-between, you could tell the staff enjoyed working there, giving a family vibe to the whole trip with "smiles" to boot, you felt at home and well taken care of.

Hotel E is in a great place in Santa Rosa near lots of restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walk, I think breakfast is simple but we went out for ours which was great. We stayed hear as it was only just over an hour from San Francisco Airport. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was lovely, you can pay $18 dollars for someone to park you car and bring it back when needed or you can park on a meter outside the hotel free from 6pm until 9am.

Annoying beeping noise coming from somewhere kept us awake. Poor breakfast - nothing fresh Un environmentally-friendly breakfast cups, plates etc - all disposable

Brand new! Felt luxurious.

Rooms are small, advertised as queen room vs queen beds=confusing. Valet was slow. Downstairs bar area could be a lot more posh and upscale to match the ambiance of the hotel. Felt like a waiting lobby but it could be so much more. Park across the street felt a little bit safe after sun down.

Good location in the nicest part of Santa Rosa. Absolutely fantastic staff who could not do enough to help. The wine bar in the lobby is lovely to relax in at the end of the day.

The view from our room was if a brick wall 3 metres away! But then there is som much to do in the area that we did not spend much time looking out of the bedroom window!!

Close to where we needed to be! Plus the taco Tuesday bike ride was pretty cool that goes right pass this hotel.

Rooms were tinier than I expected. However, this used to be an old courthouse so I did not expect them to be extravagant rooms.  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 

Location was central and convenient. The room, lobby and bathroom was clean. The room was updated and modern. The hotel staff are nice people.

The room was ridiculously small, like smaller than a kid's room. There wasn't a desk / chair / alarm clock. We asked for a "Deluxe King" expecting a King size bed, but it's some technical king size bed, only 72" wide. We had a baby, a 4 year old and two adults and it was so tight. There were no rooms available with bathtubs, only a few ADA rooms which were already booked, which came as a surprise. The breakfast was really a joke, some yogurts, granola and fruit and bear claws/muffins. For the longest time they didn't have any utensils available. Valet would take 10-20 minutes, we learnt within the first day, that it would take a while, and adjusted accordingly. The hotel staff are nice people, but they aren't setup for success, it seems like people are doing 3-4 different jobs and trying to keep up.

The fact that they told us in person we could reschedule our stay and then they did not and we charged for not staying there.
