Breakfast
The elevator was broken. So we had to carry our suitcase up three flights of stairs.

Friendly & helpful. Room was immaculate. Parking was easy and very close to entrance. Breakfast was bomb!

Friendly people and staff
It smelled really bad in the facility like black mold or something. I read it in the comments, but still gave you guys a shot, but the smell was so bad and ended up having multiple asthma attack. and left the motel early still waiting on the hundred dollar deposit to come back to my card and it’s been five days. definitely needs to do a deep cleaning of the motel carpets leave windows in the hallway crack so that way people could breathe that’s what I had to do

The room we were at was close to the freeway on that side of the property so in the morning it was loud from the traffic

Good location, good breakfast with plenty of options, the room was very clean and comfortable beds.
Room was on the smaller size, there was only one desk chair and because its location the proximity to the highway it was a little noisy. Better sound proof windows and another chair would be nice

Everything was good. Breakfast options were very good. Front desk staff could be a bit more friendly. Their customer service wasn’t really very welcoming. It’s a very nice & very clean hotel but it sure would make your stay even better if the staff would smile or at least welcome one.

Food was really good, and the area was clean.
In fact, the residence was very well kept up.
Bed was comfortable. Location made it easy to get around either from the coast or throughout Napa region.

Room are very small compared to most Holiday Inn’s . Breakfast was perfect and served reasonable times . Staff was amazing . Complimentary water was awesome ! 24 fitness was nice ! Wish they had hot tub , pool kind of cold

The breakfast was excellent, a good diverse food and someone was there always checking to see if anything needed to be refilled. The location was great l, very close to the Peanuts museum. The pool was cold but it was nice to go in a dip. The staff was amazing! They were all very nice and helpful.
The only thing I can complain about is something the tv cable goes out.

You didn't let me in. I have booked it via Booking.com, got confirmation and then you guys didn't let me In, saying no rooms available. But the audacity of you guys, charged me for $200+ for the room I was denied and then asking me about my experience too!!

The room was extremely neat and tidy. We had our dog along as well and our little fellow enjoyed the stay. The bed was good too. The breakfast was good and had a lot of different assortmente.

The first room was clean, modern, large and comfortable except incredibly noisy--right on 101.
The staff did accommodate my request for a quieter room the next night, although it also was very LOUD.
Stairway carpets were filthy--greasy black stains. The noise level even in the "quieter" room was like trying to sleep under the wing of a jet airplane with engines blasting.
