This was the perfect home for a relaxing vacation.

Really good location. Quiet neighborhood. Clean home (only “dirty” thing was carpet in the hallway but I’m sure just stained). Had no problems whatsoever.

We were here for a funeral. The home was wonderful! Plenty of room, nice neighborhood,great location, very clean!

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this rental offered the perfect place to stay. It was exceptionally clean and close to a wonderful park and shopping. The owners were quick to respond if we had a question. We would definitely stay there again.

We came out to Austin with our son and girlfriend to visit our other son who lives in the area. We couldn’t have been happier with this house. It was in a great location just 10 minutes from our son and in a very quiet neighborhood in Cedar Park. The house was clean and comfortable and the communication with the host was fantastic. The next time we come for a visit, we will most certainly come back to this house if it is available.

The house was super clean, and it had plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed, and overall, it was a really nice place to stay!

The property was located nearby the areas we were visiting. Very easy to access and get in and out. Neighborhood was quiet with no concerns while we were there. Property had everything we needed. We didn't have to contact Annie while we were there, but communication was easy, prompt and clear during the check in/out processes. This made for a simple and easy stay for us. Would recommend to others.

The owners were very responsive, from my first inquiry, through booking, and following our stay (we left an item and needed help retrieving it). The location was quiet during our holiday week visit, though there is a (beautiful/new) elementary school nearby so I imagine it's more bustling when school is in session. The playground at the school was open/unlocked, so families with children might appreciate that nearby benefit. Shopping/services are a quick drive (or longer walk) away. Residential neighborhood is flat and easy to navigate, so we enjoyed stretching our legs and exploring on foot. Nightly cost was reasonable; the additional fees and taxes are high, but that comes with the territory. It's an easy 30-minute drive to/from AUS without traffic.

Wonderful property! Everything was great! Our only two suggestions would be more outdoor seating (there were only 2 chairs + a small table) and an outdoor grill. Thanks much!

Only 2 complaints, may be time to update the double bed in guest room. And the outside could use a pest spray. Other than this, the property inside was super clean and comfy. The house is located in a very nice location.

This house is as great as the pics and listing indicated. It was super clean and very nicely furnished and designed. It's in a very convenient location very near 183 in NW Austin. The owner was super responsive to a couple of questions we had. We appreciated the fresh-cut flowers on the kitchen island greeting us when we checked in. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and we will absolutely stay here again for our future trips to Austin.

Great property. Clean. Neighborhood is very quiet and walkable. Centrally located for exploring all parts of the greater Austin area. Only drawback is lack of outdoor patio furniture. The backyard is beautiful, and we would've liked to have enjoyed it more. Overall, highly recommend this property.

We came to visit family members located in Austin, Cedar Park and Georgetown. This location was ideal. It's a wonderful property, close to highway access, stores and entertainment. The owner did a great job of communicating with us and providing us with everything we needed. We will be back.

The place was spotless, bright, and laid out perfectly for our family of four. Could not have been happier with the location (close to family we were visiting) and all of the amenities (running trail, markets, transportation) were within easy reach. Simply fabulous.

House was very clean, owner is an amazing human being. The property endured a huge winter storm and we felt very safe throughout our stay. I do recommend this place 100% based on our experience.
