There was a cat that kept trying to enter the property and succeeded entering the porch and I happen to be allergic to cats.

Excellent option if you are seeking for a quite, safe, relaxing accomodation. The communication with the host was outstanding and the space offered is huge. We will definitely return here as we felt like home.

We were in Thessaloniki in the beginning of November and stayed here for 8 nights and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Chris, the owner, was so welcoming and friendly and met us when we arrived to give us the keys and show us the apartment. The apartment itself was very nicely done and extremely comfortable. It had everything we needed. We spent a few evenings at home, cuddled up because it was cold outside and watched Netflix. Chris was available on WhatsApp to answer any questions and gave good suggestions about places to eat etc. We had everything we needed in the apartment, like a washing machine, which was very important for us since we were a party of 5! We had a place to park our car right in front of the apartment, which was very convenient. Supermarkets and restaurants/bars were in walking distance and the sea is right around the corner. All in all we loved our experience here! Chris is an excellent host and if we ever go back to Thessaloniki, his apartment is where we will stay!

Very clean, very nice with all necessary amenities, cafe, tea, soaps...very good communication with the owners. Perfect location. In summer, the darkness of the flat may become an advantage against heat.

The flat is dark on ground floor. If you plan to stay for long or during winter, I would not recommand it.

Great place. Great hosts. Great location by the sea. Quiet. Comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place to others.
