Location very good and room decor lovely. Welcome bottle of wine appreciated and bowl of grapes. Linen and towels very good quality.

Noise every night in the early hours. No staff met at all and no emergency number we could see to contact if we needed support.

Rooms and bathroom were very clean. Very Friendly staff and easy check in. Elevator in building. Great location, easy to walk to main attractions. Short bus ride from train station

The decoration was amazing, very clean and the provision of little treats for our morning coffee, fridge, very very close to the centre and our hosts soooo accommodating.

Lovely location, easy to get to from the train station. Very near to the heart of the city. Staff very quick to message back with queries.

Note that there are several steps to reach the lift on the ground floor and another 2 between the lift and the room. Also, there is no heating allowed in Italy during certain periods due to government regulations at the moment.

I believe I had the only room with the bathroom located outside the room; I was disappointed as I don’t believe this was clearly stated when I made the booking. The room was very badly isolated from sound, I could hear everything from the street whether it was cars passing by, the restaurants until late (2-3am) and even someone practicing piano early Saturday morning. I guess you could say that sleep was definitely not peaceful.

A very small inconvenience, compared to all of the other qualities: we requested a room with two beds and we were assigned to one, but the beds were awfully tight even for a normal sized person.

The staff at Biblio Rooms were amazing, friendly and helpful and they went out of their way to help. I was unaware when I booked that my (private) bathroom was down the corridor, not in my bedroom. This wouldn't have been a problem if I had been travelling alone, but I was travelling with my 1.5 year old so it was rather inconvenient. There were no other rooms available for the first two nights, but the staff kindly moved me to a (slightly smaller) room which included the bathroom in the room for the second two nights. The location was perfect for going backwards and forwards into the centre of the old town and only a 15 minute walk to Central Station to get to the airport. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back to Biblio Rooms.

I only have one reservation with Biblio rooms and it wasn't a problem for us although it might be for others - There is a live music venue across the road from Biblio rooms which was VERY loud on Friday and Saturday night. If you are staying over the weekend, definitely remember to pack earplugs!
