The villa is a superb option for a large family rental. Many bedrooms and great facilities. There is a good bbq facility and winning pool. Many rooms have a veranda - the views are stunning. The place is well managed and there is a person nearby to help out with queries. Cleaning and fresh linnens and towels are provided regularly. We had a fantastic time here and would definitely rent again at this villa. The rental process with the agent was also very easy with good communication.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad met gezin (opa, oma, (klein) kinderen). Supergoed geregeld door Etouri. Goede, zeer vriendelijke begeleiding en behulpzaamheid van hen. 10 minuten lopen naar strand. Zwembad bij villa, ligstoelen etc. Zelf verse eieren rapen en sinaasappels plukken bij villa. Zeer aan te raden voor een heerlijke vakantie!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Zur Begrüßung gab es Raki, ÖL, Obst, Tee und Thymian. Alles sehr lecker :). Alles war sauber und Lage war super... 10-15 Min Fusweg zum Strand, ebenfalls zu den nächsten Tavernen. Die zwei kleinen Hunde der Besitzer Max und Bell sind uns auch sehr ans Herz gewachsen. Ansprechpartner waren jederzeit verfügbar. Es war wirklich schön.

We had an amazing holiday all thanks to everyone involved with villa Aetos. Shops, local supermarket, restaurants and the beach are only a 10 minute walk. The villa itself is stunning and comfortable- we were a party of 8 and had more than enough room to have our own space as well as to socialise in the communal areas. every bedroom has it’s own balcony and air con! There is a beautiful view whilst eating at the table on the balcony, whilst the sun sets - we recommend the Private Dining experience, as well as the barbecue, which we made good use of ! We loved so much wonderful wildlife , animals , flora and fauna - Everything was completely brilliant :) The pool is FANTASTIC !!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Aetos. A very warm welcome from John on arrival. The gifts of homemade honey, hand picked tea and fruits from the garden were a lovely touch. The villa was very clean and spacious. The owners live just down the end of the drive, absolutely lovely people. Left us to our own devices but were there if we needed anything, even left us fresh eggs on a morning. The terrace with a gate was perfect for little ones, safe and secure away from the pool. The pool area was amazing with the sofa area offering comfort and shade. Just a fifteen minute walk to Poppy’s and you can be sure of a wonderful meal, with lovely view of the sunset. There is a little play area outside to keep the little ones occupied before diner. Perfect. Roulis beach bar was a lovely spot also, friendly funny staff.

We were 9 friends for 1 week in this villa. The villa is quite big and the six rooms really big and comfortable. Everything was really clean and practical. A very big thanks to the Etouri Teams and the owner of the Villa. Everybody was really lovely, and had really nice gesture ! The home made products were delicious (Raki, Honey and Oil) and the services (cleaning and groceries) really nice ! We could ask a lot of advices and we always had nice replies and recommandations to discover the surroundings. Even the dog of the owner came twice a day to say hello (and was lovely too !). We just had one regret: only having one week of vacation ! I would gladly come back in this villa .

We spent a wonderful holiday at Villa Aetos. Everything was nice and clean and it was a perfect location to start trips to the surrounding area. Service was excellent. Little problems were solved immediately, there was always someone available to answer questions or suggest trips or restaurants. We even got fresh eggs from the owner's hens nearly every morning. This place is highly recommendable!!

Our stay at Villa Aetos was amazing, everything we could have asked for. Lovely warm welcome from John, even though it was 1.00am when we arrived. The villa was perfect for us, me my husband and all our family 11 in total. The villa was very well equipped, maintained and clean, towels and bedding changed every 3 days. The gifts of fruit and vegetables from the gardens were lovely and the children were thrilled with the eggs every morning from the hens. A fifteen minute (we had young children) walk brought us to the lovely beach. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Poppy's especially good , very friendly people. Hjælp og vejledning fra Kostas var optimal, ikke mindst biludlejningen han henviste til. Perfekt ramme med god og ren pool. Utrolig omsorg fra ejerne der boede lige ved siden af. Kort til en ugenert strand. De unge nød de lokale udskænkningssteder, der lå indenfor kort afstand.

Villa Aetos is absolutely wonderful to stay in. The villa itself is spacious with all amenities and A/C. Great terrace with a lovely sea view. The pool is super with a nice sofa area next to it. The people taking care of the villa are extremely nice, welcoming and helpful, - on top of other things, they've brought us homemade wine and cake and fruit and vegetables from their garden. Can highly recommend a stay in the villa.

We were 13 friends in holiday and we had a wonderfull time at Aetos Villa. The pool is great, 5 great big rooms, a very nice barbecue fully equiped! The villa is located 5mins by feet from the beach and tavern, bar etc... We also had the bread deliver to the villa which is a great plus!! I will give a big 5 stars to the etouri team who from the booking to the checkout is here to guide you! Thank you very much!

Excellent service, the Villa was exactly as described in the information, the sea view was amazing anand Kostas and his brother were very helpful. We really enjoyed our holiday and would consider coming back again in the future.

The villa is near beaches and is set in groves of olive trees, pomegranate, quince and lime trees. It is along a private gated drive. The swimming pool is clean and well-lit; at night there are romantic lights around it. The pool is not fenced so children in the area need to be supervised. The villa is spacious, well set-out with balconies outside most bedrooms and a sheltered patio dining area + good size barbecue, all overlooking the sea. Owners maintain it well, midweek clean & sheets and towels change and owner/agents friendly and on hand to help if needed. Children adore the hens in the field next to the house! Magical! Cars can be rented locally or at the airport + easy access to the E75 National route and a good assortment of shops, restaurants, bars locally in the area of Adelianos Campos. We would love to return!

We’ve had a wonderful week at Villa Aetos. The house was refurbished in 1996, and kept a really good standard. It contains everything a large group of people need. We were 13 persons, eight adults and 5 children aged from two until seven years old. The house is large enough so that everybody can get their own space, even being 13 people! We had our meals outside at the veranda downstairs. From here you have a lovely view over the ocean, and the lovely sunsets. The upstairs balcony is perfect for an evening nightcap! I also have to mention the great herb garden outside. Here you can pick tomatoes, cucumbers, lemmons, grapefruits, basil, rosemary and much more!! The outside pool is nice for both children and adults, 0,8 m until 1,8 m. The family that lives next door to the villa is very helpful if you have any needs or questions. They also clean the villa once every week, and changes the linens and towles. The villa is just a 10.min away by foot, 500 m, from a descent beach and tavernas. I say descent because it’s not the most children friendly beach. But you have Baja Beachclub, 5.min by car, and the lovely Panormos,15.min by care, right nearby. Both places is really nice for childrens! For a good meal with friendly staff, I would recommend Poppys. This restaurant serves great food for little money, and it is just short walk from the villa. So, even if you are young or old you will find everything to your liking at Villa Aetos!

Our family had a great vacation in this bright, beautiful, welcoming villa! Every day, we had magnificent views of the sea, mountains, gardens from each room (bedroom, kitchen). Rooms are very convenient and comfortable. The villa is very homely! Great hosts each time greeted us with pleasant gifts. The villa is perfectly located, in the morning you meet a dawn and in the evening enjoy a sunset. In addition, we recommend to have a car to visit interesting places and sandy beaches that are convenient for children (are in 15-20 minutes drive). In conclusion i would like to add - It is really a very nice and comfortable villa. It will be interesting to children because of a mini zoo: several hens and a pig leave near the villa.

We have had a wonderfull week in Villa Aetos. A big house with wonderfull seeview! The house was clean, complete and most bedrooms are airconditioned. We enjoyed the veranda, the pool and the garden, but also the very friendly owners of the villa. The villa is situated close to the sea. It is possible to walk or take the car and parc close to the beach! Enough reasons for us to go back to this wonderfull place!

Villa Aetos was a great fit for our family for many reasons. The location offered a relaxing "country" atmosphere while still being within a 10 minute walk to the beach, shopping or the many wonderful tavernas. The accommodations were well represented in the listing but the grounds and owners (who live on the large property) were a special bonus. The property is surrounded by farm fields and animals From the outdoor dining terrace there is a wonderful view of the sea, olive orchards, farm fields and gardens filled with herbs and beautiful roses. All of the bedrooms have private terraces as well to enjoy the views. The owners made us feel very welcome and shared the largesse of their property with us. The location was great for day trips as well as an almost nightly walk to the tavernas, which were ALL good. We would definitely return.

We spent 11 nights here, four adults and two young children and we all had a wonderful time, the property has a great away from it all feel and yet is in easy reach of all facilities. The owners were staying in the small cottage close to the house and they made our stay very special with their kindness. The house itself is large and spacious and our linen and towels were changed on a regular basis. the pool is lovely and of a good size and there was plenty of room for the children to play outside. We all feel that we would return to stay again, very relaxing and comfortable, look forward to seeing Katrina and Aetos again, many thanks.
