Very luxurious and spacious villa with a lot of amenities like heated pool and a gym. We loved the BBQ area! The villa has everything you need and it comes with extras like PlayStation, table tennis and a lot of space for 10 people. Our kids enjoyed the pool! Thanks to Anggeliki & Manolis for hosting us!

Everything was excellent! The villa has literally all you need and more, very clean and modern, the heated pool is so so nice. The managers of the villa are nice people. I truly recommend the accomodation.

The only thing missing is the sea view, you need to go by car to the beach, but the nearest ones are just about 15 min.

The pool and lounge facilities were amazing and the proximity to the Chania town, airport and local beaches were perfect

An excellent house to spend your holidays. Everything was great, from the house amenities to the polite host, who was stand by at all times to accommodate our every need. Located at a quite neighborhood just outside the city of Chania, the house layout aims at comfort and relaxation. Everything is high quality, luxurious and very clean. Even the outside area (garden, BBQ, pool) is spacious and very clean. There are also many activities available at the house (biking, gym, ping-pong table, Playstation) for grownups and kids. We will definitely stay there again! This house is an absolute gem!

Villa Ampelaki was an amazing stay for our family (6 adults) with two small children of 1 and 3. The kitchen was wonderful with everything needed. The pool was amazing as the terrace around it. We had two days of rain, but because of the nice house this wasn't a problem at all (large TV, table tennis etc.). Aggeliki and Manolis are amazing hosts; they send a message when they come for cleaning and respond asap. Marathi beach was only 15 minutes away with the car. This beach was very small and sweet with a lovely fish tavern. Chania town is about 20 minutes drive, but with this villa you don't really need a restaurant... if you like cooking ;-).
