Property looks good on picture that’s why we booked

In real life property look different, we got a studio 200 square foot it’s like no space and room above was so noise. People were walking so load and I didn’t have a good experience for $250. Would never recommend to stay there if y’all looking for quality and calm place.

The room is nice, clean , comfortable and welcoming.

According to the site it is closer to downtown than in reality. The staff at reception and breakfast is extremely unwelcoming and unfriendly. It’s a pity as the place deserves better service.

Property is very cute but not as clean as you would think. The carpet under the bed was filthy and we asked to have it removed and removed ourselves. The staff were very nice and accommodating, but explained they only had one housekeeper for the entire property, which isn’t that big. The location was right off the highway and easy to get around. Parking is available and free.

elegant decor, room had a refrigerator, which was not mentioned in the room description. Bathroom designed for Americans with Disability Act codes. Room on first floor which was helpful since I had mobility issues due to recent knee replacement surgery and my husband has chronic foot pain.

We didn't stay though we paid an unrefundable one night deposit. The access from outdoors for disabled patrons was unacceptable. The sign identifying the building was poorly lit. The one handicapped parking space at the building entry was occupied by a car without disability plates or placards. Apparently the front desk clerk used the parking space for her car and had been told to do so by management. To get into the lobby, we had to park near the back of the building in the parking area near a stair entrance. I went up the seven steps to find the front desk to learn that there was a small wheechair lift at the front of the building, which also had steps. Someone who used a wheelchair would need to contact the front desk by phone to get help to access the building. The room was right inside the front entrance, facing the street and next to the lobby but we don't know how noisy it would have been. My husband was unhappy with the very small lift with respect to moving luggage and the items we use (pink noise fan, CPAP, etc) for sleep. There was no luggage cart. That is, he would have had to make repeated trips in the very slow moving lift and decided it wasn't worth the extensive effort, so we left.

Stanza piccola decisamente la ragazza della concierge non era all altezza a mio modesto avviso. spesso in USA si trovano al desk ragazzi giovanissimi senza esperienza che parlano solo ripetendo i dicktat della proprietà senza capire che il problema va risolto cmq.

Breakfast was wonderful, the staff were super welcoming and warm. Afternoon fresh-baked cookies were delicious. Room was recently updated and really nice, beds were great, shower was fabulous.

Location is not totally amazing, but it's fairly close to the beach and State Street, so, still pretty good. And once you're in the Hideaway, it lives up to its name and you feel like you're in a peaceful getaway.
