Nice big room. Clean bathroom. Great breakfast. Forgot our charger and was informed very quickly so went back for it......thanks so much

Bed too soft for me

The breakfast was excellent in variety for all age group! I was impressed by the yummy pastries and the coffee maker! Staff were friendly and helpful!

I didn’t like the toilet paper choice! It was rough and easily breakable. Water from the machine had a funny taste to me ( maybe just my taste).

We liked the town and the location of the hotel. Check-in was smooth. Staff was friendly:-) We were surprised by the choice of complimentary breakfast! For a change not only muffins or bars at breakfast buffet : -) but tasty(!) coffee, scrambled eggs, flakes, bread, butter, jam, Philadelphia cheese, fruit… 👍 Room was comfortable and clean. So did beds👍

Pool size and area near it. No shelter/shade, no plants… Really poor comparing to other Inn’s on the same or nearby streets

No recycling, only plastic cutlery and crockery that can be used once.

Toilet was blocked and we had to repair it ourselves in the evening. No staff willing to use the pump. Breakfast was served by using provisory paper plates, cups, etc. So much trash because of that. But I guess that's in most motels in California.

Breakfast very good. Lots of self serve options and staff very attentive Better than expected and staff was very efficient in their refreshing the food.

The staff was amazing especially Jose. Such a welcoming funny person. We got free cookies upon arrival. The room was modern und spacious and the bed very comfortable. The shower had the right pressure. Next morning was a breakfast buffet with everything you need ( scrambled eggs, waffles, bacon, different juices, bread, cupcakes etc). We got offered to leave our luggage safely with them when we checked out because we had some time to spend on the City before our departure. When we left we even got offered bottled water for free for our way.

I asked for the highest floor like the first 2 times we stayed in, but this time i got the 2nd floor. Could hear footsteps above us. Scramble eggs were dried. Please replenish green tea bags.

We had a pleasant stay. All the staff members were polite and friendly. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

it was clean

they were doing construction and did not tell us until we arrived and could no longer stay anywhere else. Out room was right next to the construction area also and the power drills were very loud. one morning they shut the water off for 3 hours and to make it worse they did it earlier than notified.

The drainer of the bathtub doesn't drained well , the water pressure was low , and I think it's over priced ☹️

Even though the property is currently being renovated staff were professional and helpful; rooms were clean and tastefully furnished. Liked the eco friendly soap dispensers!

wasn’t aware of renovations, made booking many months ago. pool under renovation. temporary breakfast was adequate but we were not informed that there was nowhere to eat it. stood out in carpark.

Breakfast was good

There was a lot of construction going on. Kind of messy and difficult to park during that. Also somewhat noisy. It would’ve been nice to have had an adjustment on the room rate because of that. We booked our stay well in advance and had no idea that remodeling was happening.

It was centrally located to transportation, the beach, restaurants and shopping. The room was comfortable with a very nice shower. The staff at the front desk on the day we checked out was very friendly and helpful. They worked hard to overcome the difficulties we had when we checked in. It would have been nice to get the same level of service when we checked in.

The staff at the front desk when we checked in was dismissive and unhelpful. We were given a small room on the 2nd floor right in front of the elevators and maintenance closet even though the hotel was not full. When we said the room was unacceptable, the manager reluctantly moved us one room over. We asked to be moved to the third floor but were told that was not possible. When we asked for a microwave, we were told we would have to ask to use the one in the lobby, though later the manager did bring one to our room. We found out when we checked out that we had actually been booked in a room on the third floor. We were aware of the construction in the parking lot beforehand, but not about the work being done on the higher floors. When walking out of the lobby, water fell on our heads (I hope it was just water). Even though we weren't right in front of the maintenance closet, we were only one door down and heard a lot of noise from there in the morning. If the staff had been more customer friendly when we checked in, we would have overlooked the construction inconvenience.

It has got modern touch in room. Best location. Breakfast served well. Friendly staff.

Location and the How cute the inn was . It had alot of beautiful aged plants .

A washer and a dryer is always nice to have in sight
