The view was great but that was it. Location is not great. Homeless people and crackheads at the corner store. Pool was dirty and had stuff floating in it. The place it self is extremely warn and clearly not well taken care of. The whole place needs paint throughout. Floors were filthy especially under the bed. My baby dropped a bottle under the bed and I had to just throw it away. No amount of washing was going to clean it after falling under there. Couch had stains on it. The iron was missing so we had to walk around wrinkled. A lot of the furniture was chipped or damaged. No chairs on the balconies to enjoy the view or eat breakfast. Front door stopped locking halfway through the stay. The parking is hard to access and has an extremely narrow entry/exit. Our rental car was damaged on the side from this. The sliding door in the living room did not lock. Contacted the host the first night I was there. They responded immediately and said maintenance would be there in the morning which was a lie. I followed up several times after and kept being lied to about someone coming for the remainder of the trip. We had to sleep with door unlocked. The view was amazing but this place is not being taken care of or maintained. And the location is terrible. Spend $100 more and stay somewhere else.

The only good thing about this property is the view, easy check in and out and Nathaniel who was nice. Everything else was a complete let down. Previous reviews must be bogus. I took many pictures of property only to find out I can't upload them here anyway....of course. Here are the cons in short for anyone who wants a real review of what you are renting. Cons: Paint peeling from doors Loose electrical outlet in bathroom Dirty kitchen back splash Dirty kitchen floors Floor transition threshold popping up Air conditioner was set to 73 degrees but never got lower then 76 degrees Sealant around shower was not maintained Pool too dirty to swim in Overall this property had potential of being nice but has not been maintained or well cared for.

Loved the pool and grill area! The gym was on point and me and my buddies used it twice. Never missed a gym day during my stay! Close to the Beach and close to Wynwood. Cant wait to come back again.

I mean really, you cant capture the warmth from the sun, or the smell of the fresh sea-breeze.. its truly heaven on earth. I cant begin to describe how badly I wanted to stay..the one thing I will say, there is always next year. And you can count on me coming again! Props to Nate for showing this old gal how to work a Nespress or whatever that gadget is. He is truly a Godsend.

Who says a business trip?? This quickly turned into one of the best trips I ever had. I was in town for a company meeting, but I really made the most of it. I am surprised that it was so budget friendly and clean. I need to take a family trip here next!

Location, location, location! This building is in the perfect location, the nespresso in the lobby was a nice touch. We spent most of our time in brickell and south beach, and really enjoyed Wynwood walls too! Salty Donut is a new family favorite! Hope to make time to get back here next year!
