We really enjoyed our stay here, it’s a 3 min walk to the lifts which was great. The condo itself was nice, spacious and was nice to have a jacuzzi. A few areas of improvement; when we got to the condo the check in process is very confusing and the arrival instructions are out of date. It would be nice to have an updated instruction sheet because there is no parking now, so most of the directions weren’t even relevant. We followed instructions on where to temporarily park to unload and got yelled at. I think it should be a little more clear on the VRBO post that there is no parking and nowhere close to the building to unload. Also that there is no free overnight parking in steamboat. Second, when we got to the condo the balcony door was wide open so the place was freezing cold, and a majority of the dishes were dirty. There was also no extra trash bags or dishwasher soap, so we had to do all the dishes by hand. Lastly, my interactions with the manager were weird, she asked a lot of questions about our group and how old we were, and how many couples vs singles there were which I thought was strange. It was just a lot of in depth questions that I’ve never been asked about when renting from VRBO. Overall, the condo was great for how cheap it was. I just wish there was an updated arrival instruction sheet, that would have made our arrival go much more smoothly.

The price and location were great! Able to walk to the Wondergrass Festival. Parking was tricky at first but good once we figured out the garage. Would have preferred ability to drop off luggage at the entrance. Hard to get it all from the garage to the condo. Had to walk to the lifts but not far. Great condo with perfect view!

Have to travel a few miles for food (most restaurants close at 5-6, obviously nothing the owner of this can control) The hot tubs are right across from the room, so that’s convenient. I do not believe they have the inside hot tubs anymore, or Atleast we could not find them. Over all a very nice place to stay.

4 of us stayed here over New Years and had a great time. The condo is a quick easy walk to the slopes. Short walk to the hot tubs which are 1 flight of stairs down. The elevator is a little small but never had any issues waiting even during the busy holiday. The kitchen has most items you'd require but nothing too fancy.

This was a great location to enjoy the mountian but close to town as well. The property was clean and any questions we asked about property before we arrived were answered quickly.

The place was OKAY. Definitely older and not as nice as the pictures look. First off, when we arrived I expected an instruction guide as I was told I would get, and that was not there. We had no wifi, check-out, or place instructions. They made me call multiple different people to find out what the wifi was. It was not very clean and there was a used towel in one of the bathrooms. With covid, this made things very uncomfortable and we almost found a new place to stay. There was no paper towels and no AC. HORRIBLE for the summer time and the HUGE windows that beat in sun. The loft was VERY hard to sleep in as the parking lot lights beam in at night and the sun wakes you up at 6am. Not horrible, not great, wouldn’t stay again.

This is a wonderful property at Steamboat Resort. So convenient for skiers/boarders. Excellent accommodations. Amazing panoramic view out front from balcony. Had difficulty getting television to work. Called maintenance staff (Joe). He quickly came to the rescue and remedied the problem! Gave him feedback that there is a need for written information for renters covering things like television, trash disposal etc.

This location was great for our family of 5. Plenty of room to roam around and close to restaurants, ski rentals, bus, and ski/mountain. Views from the condo were beautiful. Hot tubs were nice, but there is no pool for anyone who is wondering. They have a few work out machines and a sauna as well. We also used the laundry room. We just brought a suitcase filled with our belongings to help transfer and laundry detergent. It definitely helped with not having to pack so much. The only thing that I would suggest, is to have more than one television. Limited channels, but there is a DVD player. We were out most of the time, but kids sometimes needed a little veg out time at night. Also, it would be helpful if there was a place to keep luggage from time of check out until flight. We found a nearby hotel to keep our luggage for us.

Process was easy and without hassle.

We enjoy our stay in the condo. The location was so close we could take a short walk, put on our skis, and ski down to the Christie Express or the gondola. The condo was very clean and had an amazing view of Steamboat resort. This was our first time skiing in steamboat without calling a shuttle or taking the Free Bus to ski and it was WORTH it!! We would stay there again.

Located across the street from the base of the mountain. Was very nice to be so close after boarding. Had a great view of the mountain. Would stay there again. A+

Townhouse was wonderful. Loft ceilings have open spacial feel. Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked many meals there. Spa was close and enjoyable. Great place to stay with family.

No shades on upper portion of floor to ceiling windows so unit gets warm and very bright for anyone sleeping in loft. Washer/dryer and trash area not very conveniently located. Overall good value for the price and we would definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival the unit had not been cleaned (last cleaning was 5/26/17--we arrived 6/18!). Trash and beds still in disorder. Contacted "management" told it would be taken care of. After 3 hours of "cleaning" we still had dirty dishes to contend with, the rugs needed a vacuum but the linens were changed! There was a missing towel rack in the downstairs bathroom, along with bulbs out. The fridge would not properly adjust temperature, it either froze our fresh produce or left everything barely cool. With high cathedral ceilings, there were no curtains for the upper windows, so at 6AM my grandkids were awakened by the light streaming in. The window next to the entryway had a security LED light outside of it, and it shown in directly to the downstairs bedroom. A curtain or some kind of covering for this window would be appropriate. The entire facility is NOT disability compliant. My wife has been having issues with her back and it was difficult to climb many stairs to reach the elevator. One cannot get to the elevator without using stairs--disability? Access to the underground garage (dank & dark--again many stairs) was on note paper in the unit, but you had to access the unit first. Kind of backwards? We didn't use it because of the extra stairs. The maintenance staff was very friendly and the views were great, but with the other issues we will not be back. It looked like a great place to spend our vacation, but we were disappointed in the accommodations.
