The apartment was very nice , spacious, and comfortable, but the receptionist spoiled my mood for all stay.

What I don't like the most is the lady who greeted us, Matilde, she didn't even smile to us, she didn't tell us that the elevator has a weight limit. She did not give us a briefing about the apartment, where garbage is thrown, that the door downstairs is opened with a badge, we stood for 20 minutes at midnight and the door could not be opened with a key. Fortunately, our neighbor came and explained the badge to us. She sent us the correct address only after we stood 30 minutes with tears in our eyes front of another hotel. Her arrogant behavior made me have stomach cramps and stress the entire stay because I didn't feel welcome there. I have been a booking com client for ten years, traveling all over the world, no one has ever welcomed me this way. 

The place was spacious and airy, very very clean. Great view from Balcony, tons of restaurants near by, and the beach was less than 5 min walk!

It was hard to like anything with the electricity continually going off on a cold wintry night.

Terrible stay! The electricity kept going off and the management would not get an electrician out but wanted to try to solve the problem herself the next day. Then when we cancelled and asked for a refund was dishonest, stating to Booking that the problem was the heat when we said all along it was the electricity for everything in the apartment--no lights, no stove, no internet, in addition to no heat.

Absolutely loved the stay. Near the beaches and all amenities. Everything provided, just buy food to cook or eat out. My family felt welcomed and comfortable.

She provided for us to feel at home, beds very comfortable interior struck with its amazing property, as decorative flowers and diffuser.I really recommend for everyone, and in the room there is a surprise for us it was nuts and grapes. Thank you Fernanda
