I do really enjoy communication with the host. The apartments were just as in the pictures. The location is great and close to the coast.

The neighborhood is dirty.

the location was good, close to the beach and supermarkets etc. it had dish washer, washing machine and all facilities.

when I arrived there were 2 cockroaches 🪳 one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. The bathroom sink was leaking and also the plugs in the bedroom were coming out of the wall and not safe. The landlord did come the next day and fix the issues.

Location is amazing, privacy is great and the apartment has all the amenities you need. Host is great and flexible!

Like many properties in Portugal, the shower needs some love.

All was in the house, all tools and kitchen utilities. Nice house/apartment.

Shower was leaking lots of water, although the repair team came, it was not solved.

The bed is a bit small. There could easily be a bigger bed.

All in all we liked the apartment very much. We had an extra bedroom, a living room with a small couch and a sofa bed, a very well equipped kitchen and a dining area. In a sideboard in the dining area and in the sideboard where the TV is standing above, there is enough space to put something in. A washing machine and a dishwasher are also available. The bathroom is beautifully furnished with enough space to store all utensils. It is particularly practical that one can drive into the courtyard with one's car. In front of the door of the apartment there is a laundry rack and a barbecue place. The terrace there is also very cosy with chairs, a round table and parasol, separated from the courtyard entrance by two wooden partitions. Therefore, this apartment, No.7, is the only one with a private parking, especially suitable for a longer stay.

Unfortunately the water drain of the shower does not function properly. After the shower, water runs out, up to the bedroom. I have already read this several times in the ratings from 2018 at booking.com. The mattress of the bed in the bedroom was very soft. Not suitable for people with back problems. I could sleep quite well on the sofa bed after putting a blanket under the sheet. Unfortunately in the afternoon, shortly after our arrival, we were disturbed by very loud music, in a horrible volume, as if we were in the middle of a disco. At first we thought the music came from the neighbour. Later we noticed that the music came from the hostel in the same street. We don't understand that none of the residents complained about it. Later we were on our way and when we came back around 24.00 it was quiet. The next morning, at 9.00 a.m., we were again brutally woken up by this music noise, which disturbed us very much until 12.00 noon, until our departure. If we had stayed longer, we would have complained to the hostel, but who knows if it would have been successful. If we would come back again, maybe the owner of the apartments could do something, if the hostel would make such loud music again.
