If you're seeking an affordable place with convenient access to the city, this is the ideal rental. My friends and I spent most of our days in the city and returned to the apartment in the evenings. The bus stop right across from the apartment provides direct transportation to the Port Authority Bus Terminal. Just be sure to check the bus schedule before heading out. Additionally, the Jersey City and Hoboken areas are easily accessible by car/bus. Parking is available, but it's advisable to reserve in advance.

This apartment is less than a block away from the 125 bus that runs into Manhattan regularly. It was very easy to travel into the city in the morning and back at night. The home was very clean and comfortable for our group of 5.

We had a fantastic stay in Claudia's apartment, everything was as described and everything you needed was there. There are shopping opportunities around the apartment and buses go right outside, take either 125 or 51. so all in all it was perfect for us.

Overall a wonderful stay. We encountered some pest issues (no fault of the owner and not a reflection of cleanliness) early in the stay and the owner was responsive immediately and had us in a new unit within 10 minutes. The neighborhood is older but very convenient to the city/airports/etc. the building was quiet, clean and had plenty of space for myself, my mom and my two kids. It was nice to have a “home base” after hectic days in the city.

The property was clean and well equipped, apart from the only mirror was in the bathroom - with 3 teenagers this was not helpful! Also there was no worktop space in the kitchen, even a shelf on the opposite wall would have made all the difference! One other thing - the air conditioning was very noisy! They looked like very old units. Clearly they knew this as ear plugs were supplied 😂 The location was nice with a local supermarket in walking distance, I felt safe, the bus journey to NY however was SLOW there was always loads of traffic! But as long as you’re prepared for that it’s fine. We had a good stay. Thank you!

Title pretty much sums it up. It wasn't the best place I've stayed at but it wasn't bad. It was clean. Price was right. Amenities like toiletries or condiments could have been a little better. Area seemed safe enough.

The appartment of Claudia was perfect ! Very good location to visit New York.

Our host Claudia provided support from the time of booking to departure that made check in/out a breeze. The apartment is lovely and bright, with comfortable beds and everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Claudia has provided useful information on metro locations and bus stops to get you to tourist attractions, plus her personal recommendations for restaurants in the area are such a great touch…like having a local friend give you the inside scoop on how to get around and where to go. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, but there are also numerous options for food in the cute walkable neighborhood. The location is a 5-10 min walk to a large grocery store, convenience store, Dunkin’ Donuts, pizza shop, Etc. The reserved parking spot is conveniently located and large enough to accommodate a full size suburban. We came down for a concert at MetLife Stadium…and the apartment is an easy 15 minute drive to the stadium. We did not do any other sightseeing in the city, but the apartment is conveniently located/walking distance to transportation to popular attractions. Highly recommend booking this apartment with Claudia.

I stayed here with my family to visit NYC. The apartment was very clean and the owner was organized and communicated well. The bus stop was close to the apartment but it was a little confusing for us as we don’t come from a big city. Some information available in the apartment on how to use the transit system would have been helpful. The bed was too hard for me, but my husband didn’t mind it, so I guess it comes down to preference. Parking was very close to the apartment and our car seemed safe the whole time. It was a good place to come back to after a long day of sightseeing.

We had a blast touring NYC and NJ from this wonderful gem of a landing spot!! Not much from the outside, but the apartment was perfectly equipped and wonderfully maintained. Excellent communication with owner, and super easy check in check out. Would def recommend!

The apartment was extremely clean, and the beds were comfortable. Taking the bus to time square was super easy to figure out. Convenient shopping nearby, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The management was very nice and easy to work with.

The apartment was nice and clean. Getting there was a little challenging but we made it there. Ubering to and from the city was easy. Over all our stay was very nice.

Super easy to get to MetLife Stadium and Times Square. Public transportation across the street in a safe feeling area. Perfect for a girls weekend getaway. My only suggestion would be to add a full length mirror (or extra mirror) somewhere in apartment. Everything else we needed was included. Great tips and communication with owner too!

Claudia was an amazing host for us! Extremely communicative and accommodating. Check in was a breeze and the property was extremely cozy and clean! Will definitely be back if in the city again!

What a great little place away from the city! The bus from NYC dropped us off right in front of the apartment! The bus takes you to the port authority in NYC, very convenient. The apartment was nice and cozy and the beds were comfortable also and a very nice location. Plenty of room for us, we would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Our stay here was perfect for what we needed! Small, clean and a bud or Uber ride into the city! It was quiet after a long day in the city! Highly recommend!

Close to city and sites, check in very smooth.

Great on the inside! The outside of building was a little alarming at first. Just a very warn down building and construction woke us up early in the morning that was happening inside. Location though was great. Very close to shopping and food. Claudia was very sweet and helpful with our trip and experience. Her notes on the transportation around town also helped us a lot!

Listing was totally accurate! Apartment was super comfy for 4 adults. Bus stop was right across the street, bus ride only took about 18 mins to get to NYC! Information provided for transportation, restaurants etc was great. Owner was super easy to communicate with. We will deff stay here again when we come back to visit NYC!

This apartment was tidy and clean. It had a small kitchen with an oven, stove, fridge. The microwave was placed in a terrible position above the fridge. Big hazard! I don’t know who thought of that. Oven door couldn’t open all the way so u couldn’t use it. There were no oven trays provided. The heating wasn’t working in a few rooms and we contacted the host who said they would look into it but then never gave us an update. However the heaters that did work were extremely hot even when turned off which was terrible as we died of heat during the night. Check in is at 3:30pm. U need to pay for parking which is a downside. Other than that the rooms were nice and it was a nice place.

Just 30 min bus ride from Manhattan, super comfortable beds and sofa.

This place was awesome for our two night stay for Hamilton. The commute to the city was so convenient with bus stop across the street. The apartment was immaculate and well equipped. Will definitely rent again!

This property was a great stay for our trip to NYC! I preferred to stay in NJ because NYC can be super loud all day and night. We are a family with 2 adults and 3 kids (ages 11, 9, and 5). The NJ transit bus is literally across the street and was a very easy ride to get to Manhattan. We used it everyday we were there. We also did the Statue of Liberty ferry ride from the NJ side which made it easier to park our car and use the ferry (versus doing it from the NYC side). The beds were comfy, the apartment was very clean inside and very quiet. We would definitely stay here again for a future trip!

Aber es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und wie es beschrieben ist und funktioniert einwandfrei (ok, der Toaster war nicht optimal). Die Betten waren bequem und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wie beschrieben ist die Bushaltestelle nach New York City auch direkt vor dem Haus. Aber so ganz ohne ist das nicht. Der NJ Transit Bus fährt nur alle Stunde einmal und wenn die Sitzplätze besetzt sind wird man nicht mehr mitgenommen. Die privaten Busse fahren gefühlt öfter, aber ohne Fahrplan. Im Endeffekt haben wir es immer irgendwie geschafft, aber nach einem anstrengenden Sightseeing Tag ist es doch etwas nervig rechtzeitig versuchen am Busbahnhof zu sein und zu hoffen einen Platz im Bus zu bekommen. Die Kommunikation mit Claudia hat hervorragend geklappt. Wir haben immer super schnell eine hilfreiche Antwort bekommen. Das war topp. Insgesamt war also alles gut.
