We had a great time at this property. The location and views were amazing. There was a lot to do right there with the Bocce court, Ping Pong table, Game Room and Kayaks. The size was perfect for the whole family.

The location of this property is beyond beautiful. The house itself needs lots of TLC but the views from the deck are why you stay.

This is such a lovely ,clean and comfortable house. We had the best time . The owner Reggie responds quickly and he’s so nice and accommodating. The house is right on the water and it’s such a relaxing atmosphere, our dog Spencer enjoyed it as well . We look forward to booking again ! Thank you Reggie

Stayed here with a group for a birthday getaway. Proximity to the bay, amenities and views are wonderful! Good location - very accessible to all that the east end has to offer!

We had an amazing time at this wonderful house! Nicely stocked kitchen & farmhouse-style dining areas, astonishingly beautiful view of the Shinnecock Bay from the gorgeous deck, and fun activities abound here. We loved the hot tub, the game room, the bocce court, and the fire pit. Cool art, interesting decor, and fascinating book collection, combined with the delightful views of bird life made it feel like we’d stumbled on to a very sweet unusual sanctuary. Our host Reginald was great to deal with. We hope to come back with the extended family, this house will be fantastic for a group. We can’t wait to return in the warm weather to enjoy the watercraft and fishing!

Our stay was just as relaxing and "no pressure" as I hoped it would be. The location right on the bay was amazing and close enough to wineries, restaurants and markets. We enjoyed evening sunset and morning sunrise on back deck overlooking water. House could use some sprucing up but overall it was comfortable and clean. Owner was attentive to any inquiries I had.

Our group visited for a wedding. The location was perfect. We loved the outdoor shower and hot tub as we had a great warm weather week in October! Easy communication with owner for any questions. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area!

we had a wonderful experience in this house overlooking the bay. the deck was to die for, plenty of seating for sun worshiping and shade lovers. we ate all meals outside. the game room was so much fun. It’s a beach house, so it’s a little run down….. could use some TLC … but the views don’t get any better. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

It was such a pleasure to rent this home. The house was spacious, homey it had lots of room for family to gather and have fun in the game room to telling stories around the fire pit at night. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Me and my family made memories in this lovely home with a dreamie view.

This house is so fantastic. So peaceful, so much space, and such incredible views! It's so close to the water, it feels like you're on a boat. The location was fantastic, and we had everything we needed to make meals and enjoy our time together. There's also plenty to do between the game room, the hot tub, and a big collection of books. Communication and checkin was seamless. Can't wait to come back!

We completely enjoyed the sprawling home and peaceful mornings on the deck of this house. Reginald was extremely responsive to questions and the whole stay was lovely.

Absolutely amazing outdoor area. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Game room was a lot of fun for our adults. We all want our own pinball machine now! Hot tub was great. First floor layout is open and good for large groups, but it also has a few different areas to hang out in. Only downside was the beds, particularly in the two upstairs bedrooms. No box springs.

There was something to enjoy and do for everyone! Thankfully the weather cooperated and we were able to enjoy the outdoor deck. The house is spacious and located to many conveniences. Though it needs repair/updating nothing major went wrong. We had a fabulous time and thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had a great time celebrating our beloved son’s birthday! Great view, much entertaining game room, kayaking, watching harvest moon and stars near the fire pit, and many more memories…Really nice neighbors and Reggie answered immediately to any questions! Thank you!

The owner was super communicative, and the house was very well equipped. We enjoyed my parents 90th birthday here and it was fantastic.

It was a perfect weekend. If you want to relax just sit on the beach chairs and enjoy the beautiful bay or if you want to do something g go on the kayak or pattleboards or play in the game room or play Bacci ball. Place is clean and beautiful - amazing view ! Amazing response time when I had a question. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Overall my family did enjoy our experience here. Glows: The house has great views and is spacious. Plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy. Convenient and clean laundry room. Grows: We expected the house to be cleaner and better kept. Fans very dusty, AC filters black, childrens “toys” & kayaks were not well kept. Outdoor shower floor is extremely slippery, needs a good power wash. No cushions on outdoor furniture, many windows & screens broken which limited use. Did not use game room, couch was not inviting to sit on & many bugs all over.

Stayed to do the Peconic Triathlon Sprint. Great location to get to all the sites on the North and South Fork. We were 3 families and the house was just right for our size.

We recently visited over our April break from school and luckily enjoyed some beautiful weather. The house was clean and the view is just beyond. Restaurants, beaches, shops, and deli’s are all so close. Very convenient location. Reggie was great to work with. This was my 2nd time renting.

Beautiful views, well equipped, it's an older home but fine for vacation and the owner is very responsive to any issues. Kayaks and hot tub were huge pluses.
