This property

Everything was fine. There was a little mishap regarding the AC unit. It wasnt cooling down due to the filter being dirty and the unit couldnt breath properly causing it to not cool down. The property guest service tried to say the condo didnt have ac listed as a one of the amenities and there was nothing that could be done. The filter was removed and the AC began to work properly. It just needed to be cleaned out.

B3 was really cozy in my opinion

The amenities listed were not fully available during our stay. Unit was not cleaned as you would expect. Wifi and cable not working during the first day of our stay. Spectrum employee had to come out and fix the issue the next day. Kitchen floor flooded as we enter the unit due to the dishwasher was left running and started to leak.. Cleaned it up ourselves before it got to the living room carpet. Unit we rented advertised sleeps 8 however the sofa bed was broken and no sheets for the sofa bed. The only positive things were the location to the beach and the local staff was very responsive. Crystal replied everytime I contacted her. Overall will definitely not be returning to this property on our next trip to South Padre!!! Submitted a ticket for a partial refund due to these issues we experienced during our stay.. no response yet!

1st using VRBO. Great place to stay. Close to beach access and right off the main road. Provided the basic needs and comforts of our own home.

We arrive at the place and everything seem normal. About 5 min. later while unloading the luggage, i could smell marijuana and that was a turn down for me. I found no TV remotes and the living room TV did not even have a power cord. I did communicate the TV issue with management but nothing was done about it. The kitchen ware was lacking and there was no extra sheeting. The tile floor was filthy and the mop provided needs to be replaced. The family did have a good time since the property was walking distance from the beach. By the way this was condominium #B3.
