We loved these condos. Good furniture, nice kitchen, lots of teen activities nearby. And the teen bed room was not right next to the master so we appreciated not being woke up at 1am when they came in. The beach was very close too. The only thing I would want for is a better view. We could see the ocean from our deck but not well.

Clean, spacious and excellent service.

Check in process was efficient and informative. Parking was close and easy to access. Resort was even more beautiful inside and out than pictures online. Activities were fun including Bingo and Trivia poolside. Pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts were very well-maintained and used often by kids. Outdoor bean bag toss and shuffle board were used every day and a hit with kids. Beach access was close and beautiful. Exercise room was clean and variety of machines. Game room was just enough for kids especially pool table. Security team was always around throughout facility making you feel safe and available if needed. Front desk and activities desk was helpful as we ventured out. Overall our family had a great time at the resort. I will recommend to other as it was perfect location to the pier, shops, miniature golf, restaurants and all within walking distance on main road or by beach. Our family trip was a success!

Gorgeous property. Condo was clean & well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable weeks stay. Front desk, housekeeping and all staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a small maintenance issue that was quickly repaired. We were very impressed with this property and the owners. We hope to come back again soon.

Location was great close to most places we wanted to go. Room was well equipped in the kitchen. The room had a musty smell that was coming from the master bathroom, the shower had been leaking for awhile with multiple attempts to fix it. The walls next to the shower where falling apart and just painted over. The bed in the master bedroom was horrible very uncomfortable to the point it was painful.

Great week at Cocoa Beach. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for great communication and a great transaction.

This is a great place to stay for families as there is something fun for everyone. My teenage son was at the basketball court most of the days. We enjoyed the gym, poolside games and hot tub as well. We played beach volleyball everyday at the Hilton's beach right next door. Short drive to restaurants and Ron Jon!

We had a problem in our first room with the AC they immediately moved us to a new room with a better view very satisfied with my stay at this property will stay again!!

The condo was a perfect fit for us. Loved how stocked the unit was - kitchen essentials to beach chairs and beach towels.

My family and I had a great time at The Resort On Cocoa Beach. Accommodations were spacious well maintained and clean. Amenities of the resort were very good, and well kept. We used them all, the gym, basketball court, tennis courts, pool, game room etc...The beach is great, clean and quiet, my kids had a blast ridding waves on their boogie boards, skimboarding, fishing, collecting shells and picking up mole crabs just to name a few. Perfect beach to just relax or to be very active if you want. We even got the chance to watch a rocket launch at night from the beach. We will definitively recommend The Resort to our friends, and we ourselves, will be back to enjoy another wonderful stay.

We were so excited about our 1st Florida vacation. We drove for 21 hrs to get there. The room was supposed to be ready by 4pm, we arrived at 4:05pm. When I went to check in the person at the desk said our room wasn't ready yet but she took my cell number & said she would call when it was. She didn't know when it would be ready, but said we could wait in the lobby(there were no seats-all filled w/people). About 30 min. later she still didn't know but said we could use the pool,(that was not what we had driven all that way to see). We had no place to change into our suits except for the public restroom & were going to have to dig through our suitcases in the car in order to find them. After 15 more minutes, same answer, no one knew anything. I said that we had driven a very long way & didn't want the pool, which we could see anywhere, we wanted the beach & the ocean. She finally offered us a day pass key so we could get out to the ocean & be able to get back in. At 5:45pm I went to the desk & asked again about our room-it still wasn't ready. She asked if we could extend our stay a few days, we couldn't, due to getting back to school/work. She then offered me $40 of Publix gift cards which was ok, but didn't make up for such a long wait. Finally at 6pm, they yelled our name into the lobby to tell us it was ready,I never received a phone call. We were never given a reason as to why the room took so long (we weren't the only ones waiting either, many people were upset & were waiting on theirs too). When we arrived at the room, the toilet was running, and we had to jiggle the handle & work on the chain to fix it. I didn't want to call about it, we just wanted to go to the beach-we had waited long enough. The master bathroom sink ended up not draining after only 2 days. The toilet in the master bathroom(only used by 2 adults), became stopped up after 2 days, had to be plunged a few times.There was hardly any water pressure in the shower, so it took a long time to get the sand/soap off. The staff was very friendly when you saw them around.They would hold the elevator for you and always smiled every time you saw them.The guys that fixed the drain were friendly. When you have to check out at 10am so the room can be cleaned(like it specifically stated many places,including the guarantee sign in the lobby-guaranteed by 4pm), then it should be ready at 4pm as stated. The communcation could have been much better as well.Don't know if we will come back.

Enjoyed a family vacation with great access to beach and restaurants. Condo provided plenty of room and very clean. Took advantage of the Mexican restaurant at resort as well as fun at pool cabana. Hope to return again next year!

We had a great time while visiting Cocoa, FL! Condo was nice and spacious but also very private and quiet. Was very clean and we enjoyed the pool and game room as well! Will definitely stay here again!

We had a short but nice stay. The kids loved being right on the ocean and yet also being able to go to the pool. While a bit of a walk from the main area it is possible to walk to and we did it with our 6 and 4 year old children. Had a great time playing in the water!

All the resort amenities and staff were great for our family. Loved the pool with food and drinks right there. Easy, private access to the beach and great help getting beach umbrella and chairs. Resort activities staff was great entertainment for kids and adults!

Great location, lots of activities, good Mexican restaurant onsite, nice pool, attentive staff...we wanted for nothing. Overall a great vacation!

We had a wonderful, relaxing time at the resort. We loved the location and how many extras were offered. Our teens loved the movie theatre and the basketball goals, our youngest enjoyed the indoor playground and splash pool. We adults loved the convenient towel dispensary, the gym, and the restaurant on site just to name a few. The only downfall for this specific unit is it is not ocean front. If it had a direct view and had it been provided with beach chairs it would have been perfect. However the unit was clean, comfortable, and had a nice layout. Also housekeeping provided towels, toilet paper, etc. throughout the week and that’s something other places we have stayed have not done. An unexpected bonus. We are already looking to book an ocean view room for next year.

Even though there was tropical storm causing rain and high winds we still had a great time. The condo had everything we needed and was beautifully furnished and decorated. We definitely plan on coming back. Thank you for the relaxing break we needed.

We stayed here with 3 boys and it was a great place to spend time. Private access to the beach, a great pool, basketball courts and the option to cook and do laundry were all reasons we wanted to stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful with any questions.

We were disappointed with the Cocoa Beach area in general which is very dated. The Resort (Hotel) on Cocoa Beach is one of the better hotels there with mostly subpar alternative options available but this one was under renovations during our stay April 2018 going into May. We paid a relatively large nightly rate for a 2 bedroom far-back from the water, with very limited view of ocean leaning over balcony. You likely want to negotiate location prior to paying deposit. We had no warnings given prior to arrival of renovations, no discounts upon arrival, nor a room upgrade or anything else to compensate. Pool is facing parking lot not ocean. With all of that that said, the hotel will be better after lobby renovations, it has a lot of amenities, good beach access, and our room was large and clean.

The unit was nice, however there were some bugs in the unit, and there was construction going on, which limited the pool access.

Positive experience for our family. The weather was also a contributor. Well built building and the condo were excellent. The updates in progress in the common areas will make it better.
