كل شي اعجبني في المكان نظافه عاليه بكل صراحه عملهم ممتاز بالنظافه والمكيفات بارده والمرافق جيده ايضا

موقع المكان بعيد قليلا عن الانشطه البحريه في كل مره يستلزمً طلب سياره من برنامج قراب او استاجارها من المطار غالبا او من المكاتب في الشاطيء. ايضا العاملين يتركون الباب مفتوحا للخروج وهو يفتح على غرف الضيوف المقيمين في الفندق بالتالي كل الحشرات بسهوله تدخل الى الغرف الا اذا وضعت المكيف بارد لاتقترب من الغرف غالبا

While the place is a little eerie being so isolated from the main resort area of Cenang, it is only a 9/10 RM Grab ride to Cenang. I think there were only 3/4 rooms occupied during my stay. the pool is incredible, it is huge, some of the reviews here are way off the mark. what staff there was, were polite, courteous efficient. rooms have safety box.

the isolation was a little eerie, however I was told the resort's history from the manager, that Sheraton had opened it when the local authorities had planned to expand Cenang then COVID came, all plans changed so the Century group bought it out, they hope the authorities will continue their plans post COVID.

Absolutely horrendous! Booking.com showed us false photos and reviews of this haunted rundown hotel. I regret bringing my wife here. We packed up our luggage at night after checking in during the night and left as soon as we could as we feared for our safety.

Nobody was staying the hotel. It was a rundown haunted hotel after talking to several grab taxi drivers. I want a full refund of my money from Booking.com

Huge pool Nice helpful staff Within walking distance of airport.

Was obviously once lovely. Now shabby and neglected. Lots of stray dogs on beach and at night around hotel. 2 Grab drivers said it was the first time they’d been called there. Lots of broken things eg curtains and shower.

The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. The facilities were very good especially the pool. We realised that we were very lucky to basically have the hotel more or less to ourselves, due to the Hotel only reopening in December after COVID.

The only sad, NOT BAD, thing were the stray dogs. I understand that their culture Di not particularly like dogs as much as we do, but to see them starving was hard to see. One in particular, stole my heart and I just wish I could have done more to help it, other than giving it food. I know that the hotel is looking for a ‘solution’ to this but I hope that they do as much as they can to actually help the dogs. I can still see his little face and wagging tail. Broke my heart!
