Parking limited to one car only. Difficult for big family who has more than 1 car. Have to park outside at risk.

Tv channels need to upgrade to more English channels for English speaking folks. Disappointingly no channels to watch when you are stuck in the apartment with nothing to do. The bed and pillows were really hard. Very uncomfortable . Not even a good night's sleep in those 6 days there. The main room had no windows and there was only one bathroom really to use upstairs shared with 5 adults.

Location

The host communicated well, gave us complete instructions to get into the room, and explained all the details. I asked for late night check-in, which went smoothly because the host was very communicative. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and a food hawker just next to the property, so it is easy to get food here.

The air-con on the second floor is quite hot. Water pressure is quite low

It was very noise from the downstairs on Friday night. we checked out on Saturday morning.

The room is super clean and spacious. It was a very comfortable stay. I will definitely recommend staying there again. I love the view and there are many great place to eat nearby and convenient stores if you need to get some quick snacks. The checkin process is straight forward. The security guard in the front office took care of the checkin when I arrived. Checkout is also a breeze. Just drop the key in the mailbox.

There is construction nearby and the noises are mostly in the morning and in the afternoon. It is not a fault of the property.

The water dispenser didn’t service upto date, air condition alerted filter need to be cleaned. The lighting at the dining was faulty makes it impossible to dine properly.

We Loved everything in this hotel ！The sea ​​view a big surprise when I opened the door and walked into the house. The staff was nice, She reply message immediately when I had any problem . Room was clean and comfortable, and the view is really awesome！ The location is near by Gurney shopping mall. I will come again when I visit Penang next time.
