Traveled with family to join our Stuart FL family for a fantastic Thanksgiving holiday. Condo was great, the decor was contemporary. The owner stayed in contact with us and ensured we had what we needed as well as timely information. Highly recommend our host and Villa Sophia.

CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! Villa Sophia is the cleanest condo we ever stayed at in our 20 plus years of vacationing. Villa Sophia has everything you need for a beach vacation- chairs, toys, boogie boards, and even coolers! This was our first time in the Stuart area and we plan to be back soon. The washer/dryer are right across the hall from this unit. The entire property is very clean and well taken care of. Beautiful, quiet view from the large balcony. The owner, Susan, is quick with responding and very welcoming. Very happy with our stay and we had a fabulous vacation! Thank you for sharing your unit with us.

This was our 10th visit to Hutchinson Island, and our second time in this condo. It is a wonderful place, and has now moved to the top of our “must stay” locations. The host maintains excellent communication, the condo has everything you need, and it is extremely clean. The balcony views are stunning and the water pressure in the shower is a huge plus. We will be back. This place is AMAZING!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Sophia. The condo was just as advertised in the photos. It was clean, up to date, and the view was amazing. The Condo building itself is very nice as well. It felt very private and we enjoyed using the pool. The area offered many dining options up and down the beach and downtown Stuart has plenty of dining options and shops as well. Susan made herself very available, but we never needed to bother her with any issue. We will be back!

We had the best time while staying at Villa Sophia. The location was amazing, the shells were plentiful, the water was simply gorgeous. We basically had the beach to ourselves each day. The owner was extremely helpful. We will definitely come back!

We had a fantastic time with our family of four (two young children, ages 4 and 2) for “spring break”. The rental was very clean, nicely furnished and came with all the necessary amenities that you’d need for a beach/pool vacation. The view of the ocean from the balcony was not to be missed! Our favorite part was waking up each morning to watch the sunrise and enjoy a cup of coffee and later breakfast in the glorious balcony sunshine! With small children, having a fully equipped kitchen was key and having easy and close access to both the pool and the beach was ideal! Our kids were endlessly entertained and had the best time splashing around and exploring. We found it fun to try a new restaurant each night for dinner in downtown Stuart which is a short drive away. For those with young kids, the area boasts a great playground too. Susan was very responsive and helpful but never interfered. We felt very comfortable and at home here and look forward to coming back again next year!

Nice week in Hutchinson. Great town for dining, shopping and recreation.

This is a very nice condo in a beautiful spot! right on the beach but not far from downtown (for shopping, restaurants etc); and the Publix was right there...that was super convenient. Susan was helpful and responsive; hope we can go back someday.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely home. It was very clean, well stocked and the communication with the owner was very good. She had a lot of great suggestions in a book. The location is great. The beach is really close. This was one of the best rentals we have stayed in.

Condo was super clean and well maintained. Owner was very available and concerned about our comfort and needs. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Best balcony on the island!

This property was perfect. The chairs, umbrella and cookers provided on the property was just what was needed. The condo was spacious and clean, communication with the owner was prompt and fully stocked kitchen could not have been any better. We are already making plans to come back next year.

We loved this condo due to the view (GORGEOUS), the beach and pool being just a quick walk, the grocery store literally 3 minutes away and tastefully decorated with everything we needed! That porch was heaven in the evenings. We brought our children (13 and 8) who loved the pool and loved having their own individual beds. The owners were super quick to answer our questions and very warm and inviting. We highly recommend this place and I would love to visit again. Wonderful memories made here ❤️

We enjoyed staying at this beach front condo. There was easy beach access and chairs and umbrellas for our beach trips. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Stores and restaurants nearby made for a great vacation!

Amazing place to stay. Beautifully updated 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with a 1 minute walk to the private beach. No big crowds. The condo is well equipped with everything you need. Will definitely come back again.

Wonderful location for ocean beach vacation

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The view from the balcony and master bed room is very beautiful. The condo was just as described and perfect for our stay. We really enjoyed the beach and pool. We would love to rent this condo again next year.

The area was very quiet. No partiers to put up with. The pool and beach were great. This condo was super nice, nothing in it even dated! Everything we needed was provided. All beds and other furniture was very comfortable. Host was very responsive. Great getaway!

The condo and property in general were clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked has nice quality pots, pans, etc. Pool and beach access convenient. Easy drive into the town of Stuart where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. All in all a very pleasant place to stay.

The condo had everything that a beach stay would need. We used it all! It was perfect. The weather was perfect. We had a wonderful family vacation. We hope to return again! Thank you

I love this place in Stuart beach. The place is as comfy as in pics. Adorable furniture. Although the master bedroom is a bit smaller than expected, the place is perfect for a couple of days (why not weeks?) if you are planning a calm and cool retreat. Totally recommended!

My husband and teenaged son stayed at this condo while specially distance visiting family in the area. The condo was extremely clean and perfect for our needs for this trip. Susan answered a couple of questions and even checked on us during the week through the VRBO app. If we visit the area again we will rent this place. Highly recommended.
