Cezar who is the property owner was very accommodating to me. He was able to extend my stay when I needed it. He answers all questions quickly either by phone or e-mail. The area is a great location for all you needs. I will stay again.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Cesar was helpful and attentive and checked to make sure I had a pleasant experience.

Clean and well-cared for in a fairly quiet neighborhood. Short drive to shopping, dining, beaches, and our daughter who we were visiting. Great if you just want a place to shower and sleep, but not a place to hang out at (no outside area). We could hear (and smell the cooking) from the main house which was teeming with guests over Thanksgiving, but we were gone so much that it did not bother us. Good value for the money.

The owner was helpful in pointing out several options for laundry as the have none in the sMaller unit. The shower was awesome especially after a day of activities. Overall it was enjoyable and a bargain for the price.

I really enjoyed my stay, it was perfect for what I needed. The location is super close to the mall and about 10 minutes from Jupiter. I would highly recommend Santana’s pizza right down the street!

We had a party of 6 adults and 1 4 yr.old. We rented both the main house and this studio apartment. The apartment is very nice and self contained. Having access to it along with the main house gave us plenty of room. Great addition as extra room or just as a rental for 2 people. Anita

We loved our stay here for our first trip to spring training. Cezar was quick to answer our messages! Had everything we needed. Affordable! We would definitely stay here again.

Property was centrally located, with easy access to resturants, shopping etc. Unit was very clean and we'll supplied. Cezar was responsive and helpful. We would certainly return.

It was a perfect little space for what I was looking for. The area was nice and quiet and had no issues whatsoever.

Overall, a great stay. House is in a good area, near the mall, shops and I-95. I stayed here for three weeks as I was in the middle of being relocated for work. Cezar was helpful with anything I needed, all I had to do was send him a text. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the WiFi was not good, so I had to use my mobile hot spot any time I wanted to go on the internet. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This studio is in a good neighborhood & very convenient (within walking distance) to local shopping & dining, and I-95 access. The room is clean & comfortable, with some basics (mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, TV, wireless). Better deal than a hotel room, by far.

Well maintained property

Cezar was a wonderful host !! Studio was spacious & clean . Private entrance a plus. Perfect Palm Beach Gardens location. (close to everything) Hope to come back again!!

This room was the perfect option for our spring training trip. Much quieter than a hotel, centrally located, and well priced. Cezar was very easy to work with from booking through check out. There were plenty of linens available, even some cutlery and dishes even though the unit does not have a kitchenette (microwave and small fridge only.) I have a couple of suggestions for the owners that would improve the stay: the large dresser was full of linens and dishes so it did not provide adequate storage for the amount of space it occupies. I would move it to the large closet and add a love seat so there was seating available. At minimum, adding a small chair for sitting while watching TV would be nice. In general, this room is a great value if staying in the Juno Beach area.

This is my second stay at this location and it is one of my favorites. The room has separate entrance so I can come/go as my schedule in town is busy and not feel like I'm interrupting someone else's day. Clean, quiet and great location!

The room is amply fitted and spacious, the bathroom is not crowded, the bed is comfortable with a nice TV. I am sure to return.

Room was very clean and well kept!! We really enjoyed our stay. The room was better than a hotel by far!! Really cozy and comfortable! I would definitely recommend this place to stay to anyone! Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had and it was in a great spot, really close to everything. Also it was in a quiet neighborhood which I liked!!

The room is big and comfortable with everything needed for a nice stay. The bathroom nice and clean. Only minutes away from shopping mall and cinemas.
