Small/little but cute house, we had a plesant stay for a couple of nights, quiet neighbourhood and close to the centre of Soller

This hidden away house is a real gem. The neighbourhood makes it feel like we are in a country setting, but it’s just a short walk away from the centre of town and the best gelato I’ve ever had. This charming house was perfect for a couple with everything we needed for a comfortable week long stay. We especially appreciated having laundry! Self check-in was easy and contactless. There was a minor and avoided hiccup with the information provided, but communication was amazing.

My wife and I were visiting Mallorca for our honeymoon. We knew we wanted to stay in the mountains and happened to find this home for rent. We were very glad to stay here - the house is at the end of a quiet street filled with beautiful homes and friendly cats. The house itself was quite charming and tastefully decorated. As far as rental properties go, it probably felt the most "home like" of any I have stayed at that were not people's actual residences. I have no gripes personally. However, this may not be a great rental for someone with mobility issues, due to the difficulty with parking (your best bet for parking is to park a few streets over which could be a 5-10 minute walk) as well as the stairs in the home. We would definitely stay in Soller and this home again!

All rooms are small. The house was very clean. One bathroom is actually just a toilet with a very small sink.

What a beautiful little house this is. Every morning hearing the ducks in the stream at the bottom of my garden. Which was an old wash house and the neighbours still did their washing in it! The lovely smells and my interesting neighbours. I really didn’t want to leave. I miss saying Hola to the chickens and talking to Missy, Bianca and Tampo the local well looked after cats! Hearing the frogs croak loudly in the evening too! The house was really well equipped! My favourite pieces of equipment my orange juicer and my nespresso machine. And the gorgeous Smeg fridge! Ha! Ha! I was there on my own for the first ten days and it was idyllic. Eating lunch in the garden, watering the plants and picking my own oranges. I was out every day on adventures and loved being in this house it was so beautiful. I was proud to invite guests back as it’s such a charming garden. It’s a typical Majorcan house with uneven steps upstairs and on various levels but it wasn’t a problem. I had direct contact with the agency and nothing was too much trouble. In fact I struck up quite a little friendship with Virginia and Xisca! Always happy to help. I had the best holiday ever here it was perfect in every way. I’ll never forget my time here and I would definitely stay again. Thank you.

This is a beautiful amazing little house perfect for couples with one kid. Really lovely experience. The house is beautifully decorated with great taste and simplicity. Highly recommended

In einer der sehr ruhigen und verwinkelten Seitengasse gelegen haben wir das Haus dank der sehr exakten Beschreibung gut gefunden. Im Haus wurden wir durch einer Schale mit frischer Orangen, Zitrone, einer Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank und einer Flasche Rotwein begrüßt. Das Ortszentrum ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nur für größere Einkäufe haben wir einen Supermarkt mit dem Mietwagen anfahren müssen. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind nicht direkt am Haus vorhanden aber wir haben meistens einen Parkplatz in der vom Vermieter angegeben Straße gefunden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Häuschen sehr genossen und können es nur empfehlen!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Kommunikation funktionierte reibungslos. Sóller ist ideal für Familien, wir haben sehr gut gegessen und schöne Ausflüge gemacht. Lediglich die vielen Autos überall in den engen Gassen sind etwas nervig. Und leider wurde unser Mietwagen zerkratzt, den wir oben an der Straße geparkt hatten (scheinbar von Anwohnern, die damit nicht einverstanden waren, denn wir waren nicht die einzigen Betroffenen). Also besser offizielle Parkplätze nutzen!

Buchung, Bezahlung, Kommunikation und Checkin waren nett und problemlos. Das traditionelle, kleine Steinhaus ist stilvoll renoviert, liebevoll dekoriert und hervorragend ausgestattet. Drei Erwachsene haben genug Platz. Die Küche hat alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten und einen gemütlichen Essplatz. Das Wohnzimmer mit Kamin ist ein sehr schöner Platz für kühle Abende. Der Garten hat Morgensonne zum Frühstück. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr nett mit Orangengärten, netten Nachbarn und anhänglichen Katzen. 5 Sterne - wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Mysigt hus som på landet och ändå nära byns centrum. Skönt slippa trafik och bara höra ljud av fåglar, tuppar och vattnet bäcken bredvid. Trädgården ligger, som ofta är fallet i Soller, på andra sidan en liten gång bredvid huset. Skön vistelse och vacker omgivning.

Die Kommunikation und Check-in waren sehr einfach. Das Haus befindet sich nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt, ist richtig schön eingerichtet und verfügt über alle, was man braucht. Die Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr angenehm hier und würde sofort wieder kommen!

The house is charming and we enjoyed staying here very much! The kitchen ist very well equiped and the garden is a perfekt spot to enjoy the afternoon. The contact in advance was super friendly and helpful!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Apartment sehr genossen. Das Haus ist in absolut ruhiger Lage, und der Garten auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der kleinen Gasse ist leicht zugänglich und bietet gute Erholungsmöglichkeit. Das Fenster der zweiten Toilette hin zum Wohnzimmer, ebenso wie der Fernseh Raum sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, und sollten lieber für andere Nutzungsmöglichkeiten Umgeplant werden. Insgesamt wirkt das Wohnzimmer ein wenig dunkel, allerdings wurde diesem Umstand mit einem ausreichenden Lichtconcept begegnet. Der Kamin bietet darüber hinaus eine tolle Möglichkeit sich im Feuer machen zu üben, und eine angenehme Wohnatmosphäre zu schaffen. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung (Virginia) war sehr zuverlässig und super angenehm. Vielen Dank!

This beautiful house is perfectly located just about 10 minutes away by foot from the city center of Soller and still in a quiet little backstreet. The house is perfectly equipped with kitchen supplies (even an Italian espresso machine for the stove), a selection of books, beach towels and also a strong and stable wifi network. Oana was always available and flexible with the check out time.

Ein ruhiger Rückzugsort mit allem, was man braucht. Von dem top und stilvoll ausgestatteten Häuschen über den zauberhaften Garten bis zu den freundlichen Nachbarn - da stimmt alles!! Hierher kommen wir gerne wieder!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem ruhig und zentral gelegenen Haus sehr genossen. Die sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft liegt in einem etwas versteckten Wohngebiet mit sehr kleinen, privat wirkenden Gässchen.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen in dem schönen ruhig gelegenen kleinen Haus!Einen Parkplatz für unser Auto haben wir auch immer in der Nähe gefunden.Auch die Nahe zur Innenstadt war sehr angenehm!Die Unterkunft kann man auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen!

Das Haus ist wundervoll gelegen - inmitten schöner Gärten an einem Bach. Vom eigenen Garten hat man beim Frühstücken einen großartigen Blick auf die Berge. Die Altstadt ist ganz in der Nähe. Gleich nebenan bietet ein regionaler Markt Erzeugnisse aus Soller an. Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert und wir kommen gerne wieder

Schnuckeliges Haus mit mehreren Etagen in lauschiger Umgebung am Stadtrand von Soller. Liebevoll eingerichtet, mit Kamin und Garten. Eher für Einzelpersonen und Paare geeignet. Super Location für Ausflüge im schönen Umland.

we loved the little house. it is perfect for couples or a small family. the home is located a bit outside of the center, but everything is easily in walking distance. the garden was a pleasent surprise. Xisca, the landlord, was very responsive and managed our check-in perfectly.

This lovely little house is tucked away in a sweet residential area of Soller village. It is a short 5 minute walk to the main shopping street and 10 minute walk to the main square. The secret garden is across a narrow stone street (only pedestrians and bicycles/vespas pass) and sits above a small stream with a view onto a neighboring garden with chickens. The house itself is well maintained and cozy. Extremely clean and well appointed. It was the perfect writer’s retreat. I did not hire a car so being close to town was essential. The walk down to the port (50 minutes) is beautiful and the walk up to Fornalutx is stunning. Be aware, that this house does not boast a view. But it is a quiet and restful place to be sure.

Leider waren wir im absolut falschen Moment dort und haben die Insel früher verlassen als geplant - aber wir würden gerne in besseren Zeiten wiederkommen.

We spent one week in the house which is very nicely furnished and clean! It was a bit tricky to find it as one of the streets was blocked on the day we arrived and the description did not work any more (and: google maps doesn't work well in the city of Soller). As mentioned in the description it is not always easy to find a parking spot for the car, but in the-off season it's ok. You have to walk for 3-5 minutes to get to the house. As it is a very old house, it was pretty cold inside when we arrived. The first night we couldn't use the chimney as there was no firewood (the next day the agency put some firewood in the garden after my call). We bought wood in a supermarket for the next days. There is AC/heating in the bedrooms though. We did not use the TV room as it was cold and comfortless. The house is not really convenient for small children/toddlers as the stairs to the bedrooms are really steep and our 1 1/2 year daughter loved to climb them - so we had to block the stairs or watch her. The agency was very attentive to provide a baby bed and high chair however. Furthermore, you have to cross the small street to have access to the garden (which is not perfect, but ok and mentioned in the description). We could harvest oranges and make fresh juice in the morning which was really nice! Another little minus: comparing the pictures and the actual furniture, we found that they removed or changed it (e.g. the bench in the kitchen, the sofa in the living room or the chest of drawers in one of the bedrooms). That makes the impression of home staging for the pictures... I would recommend the house for adults without small children, but not for the off-season (winter/early spring) as the house is too cold. I imagine that it is perfect for the Mallorqua summer heat though! We enjoyed our stay at Soller and the surrounding areas. The region is wonderful place to spend holidays there far away from mass tourism.

Fantastic, clean and cute house with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Ideal location for getting out and about.

Cosy little house in an excellent location. This house is perfect for two and has all the amenities anyone could possibly need. The garden is lovely too and had afternoon sun even in December. The only thing I would quibble with is the description of the garden having fantastic views. It would do but the bamboo in the stream has grown so big it blocks all views. This doesn't detract particularly and we enjoyed lunch in the garden. We know Soller well so could easily find the house but it might be a bit more difficult for a first timer. Parking nearby is tricky though which, again, we knows, but if you don't know your way around you'd be best off not having a car, you don't need one anyway.

The property was immaculately decorated, clean , spacious and very well equipped. My disappointment was the garden area was across the street and as such was not convenient for carrying food and drink to enjoy outdoors. There are no views to enjoy from this property. The street was quiet and in close proximity to Town. We found dog excrement to be a nuisance immediately outside the property and also along the route to the main road. It would have been helpful if the host had left maps, guides and suggestions for the local area. Although we enjoyed our stay I will not book a return trip to this property next year when I visit Soller again.

Loved the house, apart from the TV room. Loved the neighbourhood. While the garden was very pleasant, found it difficult to use because of the mosquitos. The property manager couldn't have been more helpful. Would thoroughly recommend this property for a couple looking for a hiking holiday in Soller.
