We loved our stay although we didn't love the insects that joined us cockroaches downstairs master bedroom laundry room front room as well as crickets spiders and caterpillars in the kitchen and a black widow outside the front door. Seems like the insects didn't quite make it upstairs at least we hope they didn't. Other than that we had a wonderful time! :-)

This place is very comfy. Nice beds, lots of baths (4.5). The airconditioning was fantastic. I've never experienced a place where the top floor was a comfortable as the lower levels. The only issue we had was that there was only enough detergent for 3 loads of dishes, consumed almost immediately with a large group, and the place had only 1 dish cloth and dish towel.. Aside from that we enjoyed the stay very much. It's located right on the highway that leads to Zion National Park.. about 45 minutes away.

Awesome experience. Although I had to call to obtain my door code and entry instructions, I didn’t mind. The gentleman who assisted fixed that minor error very quickly and was friendly. The property was immaculate, plenty of room and very clean. We had a wonderful time and appreciate the VRBO convenience. DH

Very quick and easy access from I-15 (exit 16) coming down from northern Utah. The children were in the pool long before you would even arrive at most other properties. Mountain View Oasis is a very family friendly home. Comfortable as well as nice. The kitchen had everything that we needed when we wanted to cook. The view from the rear deck with hot tub and fire pit was amazing. Recommended!

10 out of 10 we’d stay here again. Great quiet and comfortable place. Plenty of room for everyone to gather and get their own space.

It’s a nice place but when we very first checked in it stunk really bad from the previous guests I’m assuming. The smell was really bad we had to open the windows and run the fans for a bit to get the smell to go away. Other than that it was fun for all ages.

Perfect place for a December golfing trip. A delightful home to stay in. Very comfortable, with lots of space. Cooked up rib eye steaks on the barbecue each night, then sat in the hot tub. What more could you ask for. Will be back for the next golf outing.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mountain View Oasis. The interior layout and furnishings are perfect for a family. 4 bedrooms, 4 & 1/2 bathrooms, living room, family room, laundry. Having a well stocked kitchen was a huge plus, allowing us to prepare some meals rather than eating out for every meal. The view from the rear deck was simply amazing, particularly from the hot tub. Highly recommended! Much better experience than trying to cram into several motel rooms.

This vacation home has to be the nicest one we have ever stayed in. It is convenient to St. George's shopping and convention center. The view of the mountains is beautiful especially from the hot tub! The layout is perfect for our family and the home is clean, modern and has well stocked kitchen and pantry.

Clean, spacious, newly built, great hot tub on the deck, close to the interstate 15, would definitely stay here again.

We came to hike throughout Utah and this was a great location for our big group of 12. We loved that it was a corner unit so easy to bring stuff in and pack out. Jacuzzi was amazing, good grill to cook, have the condiments needed, comfy beds.... Some negatives are no curtains to keep the sunlight into the rooms, so if you want to sleep in good luck, bring paper towels or napkins and trash bags, not many included, fridge was not working too good took forever to get things cold you were better off keeping things in the cooler with ice, ice maker was slow. We did not use the community amenities so I cant comment on that. Overall great location and I would stay here again.

What a great place to stay in the St George Utah area. Close to the pool but just far enough away to escape the noise. A very comfortable home with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with any and everything that was needed to cook with. The view from the deck while sitting in the bullfrog jacuzzi was spectacular. You cannot go wrong by deciding to stay in the Mountain View Oasis.

This is our absolute favorite place to stay when we go to St. George. It's clean, affordable, great location, has everything you could possibly need while away. Do yourself a favor and book this condo for your next trip to Southern Utah!

What a wonderful vacation home. We stayed at this home because it had a private hot tub. I didn't realize how spacious it was and how many things there are to do in this area. The property has a pool, hot tub, pickleball and splash pad park for kids. The home was so comfortable and had the best beds ever. I haven't slept that good in years. We loved the toys for our little kids and the 4 player air hockey was a riot. I will never forget sitting in the hot tub enjoying the fire and watching the Southern Utah sunset with my family. We will be back soon!

A very nice place to stay while in the St. George area. Much better than trying to cram everyone in a few motel rooms. Mountain View Oasis was comfortable and well stocked with everything that we needed. Having a big living room on the main floor and a similar sized great room upstairs allowed plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The deluxe Bullfrog spa on the back deck was well used and the view of the Pine Valley Mountain was spectacular.

This home was so much fun and the location was spot on. During our stay we explored Zion National Park, Sand Hollow Reservoir, Tuacahn amplitheater and the coral canyon golf course. The home had everything needed for cooking and entertaining 12 people comfortably. We really loved the 4-player air hockey table and puzzles. The unobstructed views from the roof patio with the hot tub and fire pit was one of our favorite ways to unwind. We can't thank you guys enough for everything. We booked this home at the last minute and the management company got us checked in within 30 minutes. Thank you Private Vacations! This home was perfect! We've found our go to vacation home for St. George.

Perfectly situated between St. George and Zion, this place has it all. Brand new vacation rental that has been beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished with lots of extras. Whether you have spent the day hiking in Zion, hanging out in St. George, or golfing right next door at Coral Canyon, this place is nice to come back to and just relax. There are two upstairs patios. You can relax in the hot tub on the back patio, or entertain friends and family as there is plenty of outdoor seating and a nice fire pit. If your a morning person you can enjoy your juice or coffee on the front patio as you watch the sunrise. There is enough space inside to sleep 14 people comfortably. Three of the four bedrooms have their own full bathroom, which works nice if you are staying with additional friends or extended family. This unit even has a two car garage, which was nice to put the car in at night or during the hot summer heat. We had no complaints. Would definitely stay here again next visit to southern Utah.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo is spacious and comfortable. In excellent condition and equipped with everything we needed or could have needed. The hot tub on the back deck was perfect and the view from the hot tub was beautiful. The air hockey table was a hit with our children. The pool, pickle ball courts and the splash pad are so fun and so close. I love running and enjoyed running the trails close by. We will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a fun vacation spot.

What a wonderful home to stay in. The view from the private bullfrog hot tub on the second floor deck was spectacular. Everything was new and well furnished. The grand kids loved the air hockey table. They claimed the upstairs family room for their gathering spot while the adults congregated in the main floor living room. Was also impressed with the water purification system that provided superb drinking water. The resort pickle ball courts, splash pad, pool and spa were fun as well. A great location for exploring everything in the St. George area.

Away from traffic jams but only minutes to most activities in the St George area. New and spacious. Plenty of room to spread out. What a great view from the deck as well as out all the bedroom windows. The hot tub was nice and the fire pit created a cozy atmosphere in the evening. A well stocked kitchen. A washer and dryer if needed. Comfortable furniture and attractive decorating make this home a wonderful place to stay in. General amenities include a heated pool, large hot tub, fun splash pad, and pickle ball courts. 5 stars for sure!

A delightful home. The Bullfrog hot tub was awesome and relaxing. The mountain views from the deck were scenic. Our grandchildren loved the air hockey. The children took over the family room upstairs with the big screen TV while the adults staked a claim to the main floor living room complete with its own TV. Baby friendly with a high chair and 2 Pack n Play's for the little ones. The kitchen was well stocked for those that might want to cook. Everything was new, very clean and comfortable. The heated pool was great even in cold weather and everyone got their first taste of pickle ball. We will be back!

Our family needed a escape from the everyday rat race. The Mountain View Oasis in St. George was just what we needed. The home is very spacious and has everything you need to relax and let the stress of life melt away. The hot tube was a hit after a few hrs of playing Pickleball, laying out in the sun and playing Air Hockey. . We chose to make all our meals and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The home is immaculate and has enough space for everyone. We definitely will be back.

First thing we did was head straight to the jacuzzi tub. The house was full of every amenity your could ever want for a week vacation, nearly as if I was at my own home minus my personal belongings. We absolutely loved relaxing at the Mountain View Oasis. All the furniture is new and comfortable. There were many games to play as well as the 4 person air hockey was fun. I would definitely recommend this home to friends.
