We usually stay in the city but it was way too pricey this time so this was a great alternative. Easy to get into the city within a 20-30 minute timeframe if using Uber. Also a short distance to the Hoboken train station where the subway can be taken into the city. Apartment was exactly as described. The entire process from booking, check in, and check out was extremely easy. Apartment was CLEAN and had all the amenities you needed! There is also a Dollar General close by for any other needs you may have. I loved having bedrooms, you don’t have that in the city unless you are willing to spend a lot of money. This place was great, 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend!

Good apartment in a nice area. It was easy to catch a bus from across the road into New York. Journey time about 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Return journey drops you right outside the apartment block. It was very warm inside the apartment.. Only downside is it was quite noisy (trains and traffic).

Place was very clean and according to description. Area is okay. Neighbors were all friendly and we felt safe. Host was very communicative:) we recommend Claudia!

The apartment was as described in the listing. We enjoyed our stay there. The host left a book in the apartment to explain how to use public transportation, which was very helpful. We were not prepared for the longer than expected transportation time to Manhattan. Good places to eat within walking distance.

We had a great stay the obly issue we had was wifi was a little flaky bit that could have been due to weather. Overall hreat stay, would definatly recommend.

We stayed in this cute apartment on 4th of July. You could see the fireworks all around. The unit was on the top floor on the top of a hill. It was beautiful. The actual unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The weather was a little meh, so we used the car for transportation in and out of the city. We were told there is great public transportation, but we did not use it on this visit. We would definitely stay here again! It’s worth the money. It’s even worth paying the toll everyday to cross the bridge, with a car.

This was the best rental property we've ever stayed in. So clean, well lit, in an older building but inside the apartment was modern, thoughtfully outfitted with almost everything we needed including amenities usually only provided in hotels as well as all the kitchen items. It was conveniently located near the Lincoln Tunnel (only one 20 - 30 bus to Manhattan) which took us to right to the Port Authorty Bus Terminal. The host was responsive and very helpful. Grocery stores and take out was within close walking distance. A very quiet and safe residential neighbourhood. We would definitely stay again.

Nice location and good place for visit to NYC

Space is nicely decorated and beds comfy. Location good because RIGHT by the bus stop into the city. That part is very convenient. BUT lots of issues and only one email from the host regarding the issues at the beginning of our stay when I reached out to the host about the beeping keeping us up, that was not helpful as it did not result in anyone coming and helping us in the apartment, and after that, heard nothing back. 1) Fire detector/carbon monoxide detector was beeping CONSTANTLY--- BUT AFTER 24 HOURS OF TRYING TO FIGURE OUT (and I messaged host and the handyman not available).... we finally found out it was carbon monoxide detector. We had to unhook fire detectors initially but that did not stop the beeping. We bought batteries, we unplugged, we turned off the breaker, we pulled out wires....nothing worked. Anyway....very frustrating and impacted a night and a half of sleep. Then after finding carbon monoxide behind furniture, we took out of electric socket and finally stopped. AND then also, concerned that maybe it was a carbon monoxide issue? Who knows, no one ever came to help after reporting to Claudia multiple times. 2) The toilet ran most of the time. Hate to waste so much water and noisy. 3) The building did not turn on the heat until the second day of very cold cold weather and the windows incredibly noisy and drafty. SO SO COLD. We did find the space heaters, eventually but it was not comfortable much of the time, being so darn cold and the space heaters only helped certain areas at a time. 4) Ran out of toilet paper. Only 1 1/2 rolls here had to use paper towels. 5) The elevator not working. We were on the 5th floor so was a huge hassle with luggage and packages after a day in the city. OVERALL--just felt very stressful. Not what you want after a day of running around....dealing with things that impact your comfort and your sleep. I have never given negative feedback but I feel compelled because it really was not a good stay for me....I had the room for 6 nights and left one day before checkout to get a room in the city for a good nights sleep. I was not contacted about my negative experience, was not compensated for the issues.

Mrs.Claudia was very nice and the apartment was comfortable, well maintained.

We stayed with our family of 5 and the apartment was great. We basically parked our car there and took public transportation or entire stay. There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment. The building itself was a little rough, but the apartment is clean and nice. Our only complaint is the elevator door SLAMS shut!!! As in I'm thankful none of my children had a arm in the way or they would have been missing a hand!

The apartment was very clean, and the building too, check in and check out very easy. We stayed a week, we take bus to NEW YORK!! Was very easy and fast! I recommend this place to families! Thank you Claudia!!

Very clean apartment, good location, responsive & respectful host. 10/10!

We did not spend as much time in the apartment as anticipated because we were sightseeing, but found our accommodations just as described! Claudia was very helpful with directions and prompt in responding to our questions. The bus stop is very conveniently located across the street which makes commuting into the city a breeze. The kitchen is small, but adequate. I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment!

The property was clean and looked same as in pictures. Our stay was comfortable. Claudia responded to all my messages promptly.
