We love this apt, so peaceful but so central for all local amenities. Well equipped with lovely large balcony enjoying afternoon and early evening sun We will be back.

Great 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment right off the main road running through Albir and only a few minutes from many Restaurants & Bars in all directions plus 5 minutes to the lovely sea front. We have stayed in Albir for the last 5 years in June but this was the first time in September and the first time in owner Jean Francois's fully loaded apartment which had every home creature comfort plus the great Air Con all over. It was a great to have come across this apartment when searching the area and to have met Jean Francois personally after excellent communication during the booking and as the holiday approached, plus meeting his Father and the lovely lady who initially let us in to drop our luggage as she prepared the apartment for us while we popped back out for our first walk around paradise. We will be back here in the future with 100% confidence it would be just as good then too. Thanks Again Jean Francois John & Ann

What a lovely three bedroom apartment, we feel so lucky to have found it. Jean-Francois couldn’t do enough to help us with any questions from the very start. He was there immediately as we arrived to show us around and talk about the local area and in contact during our holiday any time we needed him. The apartment is beautiful, modern and has everything we needed as a family of four for our holiday. The bedrooms were spacious, lots of storage, great kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washer and cooker.... great facilities if you want to cook instead of going out to eat. The balcony has sun throughout the day and enough space to eat outside and relax. Being on the first floor, you can easily see the swimming pool. This was good when some of us wanted to swim and sunbathe while others wanted to chill upstairs. The location is also excellent!! Only About 5-10 mins walk from the beach, literally 2 minutes from shops bars and restaurants however the apartment complex was quiet and relaxing. Oh.... and the air con...... was superb! Albir is a pretty little town about 15 mins taxi from the hustle and bustle of Benidorm and a good walk along the seafront to the beautiful town of Altea. You must make a trip to the old town it is stunning, authentic with such character. The restaurants are amazing- if you get chance, go to Stromboli which is an Italian restaurant by the church in the old town in Altea and ask for a table on the roof terrace you won’t be disappointed! We went just as the sun was going down and the church bells were ringing, absolutely stunning to look over the rooftops Looking out to the mountains with a glass of wine. Tips: walk to the lighthouse stunning views Noa restaurant in albir for a date night, country ribs for a family meal to suit everyone, Benidorm for the razzamatazz Altea old town for some culture and stunning scenery Loved this place so much and we couldn’t have had a better host! Excellent 3 bedroom apartment, perfect location in safe and secure apartment complex, yet only 5 minutes from the beach with cafes and restaurants literally just outside. Jean Francois is the property manager and couldn’t be more helpful and welcoming. The apartment is very well maintained with a lovely pool. Everything you need for a super holiday is here, highly recommend and hope to be back very soon. Thank you.

Lovely well equipped apartment in great central location. Excellent helpful owner. One slight oddity the rules of the edificio close the pool for use between 14.30 and 16.30. No one seems to know why including the concierge. But it didn't detract from an excellent vacation. Gracias Jean Faith y yo tuvimos una gran estancia.

From our first enquiry to checking out of this superb apartment,the service provided by Jean-Francois was first class. As for the apartment, it was just as described in the advertisement in every way.The location could not be more perfect,guaranteeing a peaceful relaxing holiday,even though it is just minutes away from the hub of Albir.

Although we have stayed in Albir several times, we have not stayed at this property before. The apartment is spacious and the furniture is of good quality. Multi language tv is available & the WiFi is reliable. All possible appliances are provided (auto washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, air conditioner) and the owner explained how each worked. I would definitely recommend this property as it is in a quiet street but within walking distance of dozens of great bars & restaurants. It is without doubt the nicest property that we have rented in Albir. Thanks Jeff for a great holiday.

My wife and myself spent two months in this superb apartment which was central to all the shops and a ten minute walk to the beech. The apartment was spotless in every room, the new shower in one of the bathrooms was fantastic as was the kitchen which had more than everything you needed. Jean was a delightful, charming owner and very helpful in every way. I would recommend this property to family and friends.Brian & Judith

This is a top rated apartment in Albir - certainly the best we have rented in years of coming to Spain. It is well equipped, beautifully furnished and bright with a large kitchen, three large bedrooms, a large dining room and lovely patio. The area is peaceful but in the centre of town. An interior and exterior pool and a small lawn are available to guests. There is good security throughout including the underground garage. The owner is a very agreeable Frenchman who speaks three languages. * * * * * * * * * Ceci est un appartement mieux notés à Albir - certainement le meilleur que nous avons loué en Espagne. Il est bien équipé, joliment meublé et lumineux avec une grande cuisine, trois grandes chambres, une grande salle à manger et un charmant terrasse. La zone est paisible mais dans le centre de la ville. Une piscine intérieure et extérieure et une petite pelouse sont à la disposition des clients. Il y a bonne sécurité dans tout le bâtiment y compris le garage souterrain. Le propriétaire est un homme français très agréable qui parle trois langues.

We had a great stay in a wonderful apartment, which is owned by a really welcoming and accommodating young man, Jean Francios Morvan. It is a great apartment with everything you could possibly need. We can't wait to go back. Albir is a lovely town with some great bars, cafes and lovely beach area Just a short bus ride to the hustle and bustle of Benedorm.

Just to say an enormous thank you for the welcome Jean gave us on our arrival with his big smile, help with luggage. To walk into Jean's apartment was a joy, loved the Asian décor. It is nicer than the pictures on the website. So spacious and immaculately clean. Everything we needed was provided. An abundance of fresh laundered linens. Well equipped kitchen with even a blender for my smoothies! The spacious balcony was lovely with plenty of seating and even a proper dining table/chairs. I must mention the 'heated' indoor pool on the complex, it was fab! What a beautiful, clean and well maintained safe complex it was too. Near to shops/supermarket. Great location to the beach. Beds were so comfy, I slept like a baby. So peaceful and quiet. We loved our morning walk into Altea, look our for Paco the swan and his duck friend in Altea! A lovely holiday resort. We will be back and will hopefully be able to slot ourselves back in if Jean's beautiful apartment is available. It was simply the best apartment we have encountered. Go to L'Albir for a relaxing holiday. Oh the TV was a godsend on one rainy evening as it had UK TV. Tip: walk to the Lighthouse it is a lovely walk and not steep. Visit Benidorm, No 10 bus. Apartment was very clean and well presented and was centrally located. Accessible to all local amenities, such as shops and the beach, and the local bus service was virtually on the doorstep. The apartment itself was well equipped, clean, and tidy throughout. The television showed British channels, which was handy if you fancied a cosy night in. As we stayed during the winter months, this became particularly useful. The host was extremely welcoming and accommodating to us and nothing was too much trouble for him to arrange for us, should we need his assistance he was a mere phone call away. I would recommend this apartment to others and would gladly stay here again, and hope to do so in the near future.

We stayed there for a week in Sept 17, the apartment had everything we needed, situated in a very secure nice complex with safe underground parking, the location was fantastic, close to a range of bars restaurants, we got the bus to Benidorm one day and the tram/train to nearby altea, we also visited the waterfalls and guadalest, we truly enjoyed our week and would love to come back! Thank you Jean!!

The apartment is very well maintained, clean, with all mod-cons for an ideal rental accommodation, the owner Jean is very friendly, and helpful, nothing was to much trouble, fantastic location, very quite complex. We would highly recommend this apartment, and definitely stay here again.

First time booking an apartment on homeaway, would recommend it, we had no problems, apartment was as photos lovely, everything went smoothly the owner of the apartment met us there very nice man. The apartment is in a great location for everything beach, bars, bus stop and restaurants, but very quite and peaceful, we traveled with our daughter and grandson aged 7 and we all loved it
