Updated and clean, great restaurant attached and easy to find

Nothing was perfect

Easy parking, we were kindly upgraded to a lovely clean and spacious suite for our one night stay

Looks nice and modern

Poor sound proofing, could hear everything from the floor above us, sounded like they were doing river dance upstairs. I spoke with front desk several times and the people upstairs did not quiet down. Sink was plugged, mirror was hanging off the wall, dirty laundry in a dresser drawer. I asked for my room to be cleaned and they didn’t the garbages but beds were not made. No breakfast.

It’s new, it’s clean (mostly). The hot tub is nice. Our rooms were nice, new updated. Front desk staff are very helpful. They gave us a small discount for our troubles.

We had issues with broken blinds, door to our hotel room not locking on its own, bed frame broken and unstable, another guest above us was super loud. The pool was too cold to swim, very disappointing.

The location was easy to get to and the room was comfortable. The bathroom and shower were clean.

The couch in the room had some discoloration/stains on the cushions and the comforter/blanket on the bed had some questionable colored marks as well. I tried not to think about it too much when I saw it the morning after my stay. Carpet was sticky as well.

Great location and facilities for the purposes of our stay. Overall 9/10

Clean, stylish, with very friendly staff. Excellent fasciitis for our week in Sherwood Park.

So minor it didn’t effect the score but we really wish we could of had windows that open. Forced air and AC is just not our favourite.

I loved the kitchenette. It had a full refrigerator and freezer, updated stove top, microwave and dishwasher. The sink was deep and well thought out. The bathroom was beautiful. Updated shower with rain shower head and a wand. The tub was deep and clean. In general the room was modern and comfortable. We brought our dog who has many medical issues and having these type of facilities made it easier to take care of his needs. Also there is ample green space out front to take them to do thier business.

The room we were in was next to the elevators so you heard the mechanisms pretty well all night. That was a nuisance. Should have the head of the bed against the far wall instead of against the elevator wall. Shower door wouldn't close all the way but it didn't affect showering.
