The parking lot could have used more room to park- spaces were super tight. The room needed a major clean , renovation & maintenance!!! The breakfast was very slim but ok

The carpet,table and washroom its so dirty. Breakfast is nothing,eventho it said free breakfast which is not cause I pay extra for the rent.

The breakfast wasn't bad but, more variety.

It could have been better if the garbage/ trash could be dispose before the arrival of new customers. On my arrival to room 405 , April 12th, the previous trash wasn't removed and I reported to the reception desk twice but never take it until next day, not happy with it.

Absolutely nothing!

The hot tub was so filthy it was revolting. The walls were covered in black sum and filth. They just put in a tonne of chlorine which was so strong it burned your eyes. You had to ask for housekeeping and when they came the room was left dirty. the didn’t even wipe down any surfaces. I found a fingernail on my bed. we will never go back. Nobody did anything to rectify any issues we had.

The free breakfast is a huge bonus! Always happy with it when we stay there. It's nice that there's a pub right in the hotel for convenience. Quick and easy access to the pool. Nice staff!

The pool is always too cold each time we stay! Housekeeping took longer than expected to deliver a couple of items such as coffee and a towel. No towels at the pool. A piece of the fridge was ducktaped and the carpet is coming away from the edges leaving sharp pokies which really hurt our feet.
