My husband and I stayed here recently and it was incredible! The property is just as described and the fact that it sits right on the beach was our favorite part. The beach is perfect - crystal clear water, the sand bar, low tide, high tide, we loved all of it! Everything we needed was supplied and Donna, Lori and Vince were all so great at helping us with taxi/ferry arrangements and showing us access to the unit. The location of this property is also perfect - you can get to everything very easily and can walk the beach all the way down to the park and bridge to Russell Island. Fantastic place to stay while visiting Spanish Wells!

Vince and Lori are exceptional hosts and go out of their way to make your experience as stress-free and accomodating as possible. The unit is immaculate and its exceptionally well positioned with an unmatched beachfront view. It truly is a home away from home with all the beauty you could ever want. We will be back!

The property was exactly as described. Perfect location on the water. Property was clean and well equipped. We barely used the Wi-Fi but it worked great. Property manager was friendly and helpful. We were met at the ferry dock and escorted to the property so the check in process couldn’t have been easier.

Everything about this lovely cottage was beautifully and thoughtfully arranged. We could Not have been more thrilled with this rental. Vince and Lori are beyond lovely and responsive. Really can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you!

We were looking for a place to totally relax on best beach, walking distance to points of interest/bars/restaurants and this was the perfect spot. Lori & Vince were very welcoming, keep the property in immaculate condition with all amenities, and made the experience both personal & professional.

Not enough words can describe how good this condo is, how awesome the water is and how good the hosts were. This was our first time to Spanish Wells and it will not be the last. The beach was fantastic. A very low key island and I hope it stays that way. Lori was great to work with at all times.

This was my first time visiting Spanish Wells and I’ll absolutely be back! Vince and Lori were so fantastic in arranging our transportation once in the Bahamas. The living space in the apartment was so clean and spacious, and has the most beautiful view on the island! The location is perfect being just steps from the ocean and just a short walk/golf cart ride away from restaurants and food stores. Thank you Vince and Lori!

The hosts were kind enough to help arrange transport to and from the airport for our stay. They met us and personally walked us through the rental and gave us inside tips for our island stay. The rental had everything we needed from beach towels to a full kitchen. There was not a single thing that we needed that wasn’t here and we like to cook! The beach is amazing, super clear shallow waters right outside the door! We will definitely be back to this very friendly island!

WOW! I was lucky to find this place. Just feet from the beach, easy to get around town and the hosts are great.

We had the absolute best time. Vince and Lori were amazing. The view is great. We had zero complaints. We will most definitely be back!!

It does not get much better than this property. Waking up to unrestricted views of the ocean which is approx 20 steps from your covered patio. During low tied you have access to an amazing beach and sand bar, during high tied you have about 5 ft of water in front of the house, perfect for a day in the water. The unit had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella, so bring a cooler if you want to explore for the day. The unit is close to everything into. Great WiFi even on the beach or if you would like to escape it all this is the place for you. Lori and Vince were a call away if you need anything. We can’t wait to be back

This property is perfection! Can't beat the location! We LOVED being right on the beach. We took advantage of the floats and kayaks on the property. We LOVED that washer/dryer are on property to use; for FREE. We LOVED the full kitchen for our family of 4. We LOVED the communication with Vince & Lori. We simply LOVED staying at this property!

We had a wonderful first trip to Spanish Wells. We loved the location and the home. The studio was comfortable for me, my husband, my three year old and my infant. Lori and Vince were incredibly accommodating and helpful getting the home ready for our family. Room darkening curtains, pack in play crib, indoor/ outdoor showers, and access to laundry were a few great perks for traveling with young kids. We had clean beach and bath towels, linens for our baby and toddler, and even a high chair! We loved watching the sunrise on the beach and taking the kayaks out on the sandbar. We can’t wait to come back for another visit!

This was the second time my family and I have stayed at this property. It is an incredible location with all the amenities you could need. The owner is lovley and very helpful for those who have never traveled to Spanish Wells before. I can not recommend this listing more for people wanting to visit the Island.

Right on a lovely beach. Very centrally located. We had a golf cart but area was walkable. Everything we needed. Linens, kitchen items, etc. Vince was very welcoming and helpful.

Spanish wells is a quaint safe town with many friendly locals. Large grocery store, great restaurants, excellent fishing, and the beach is steps away. We rented a golf cart and spent most of our time in the water or on the back porch. We spent a few days here and the big island mixing up the trip and it was perfect. Our neighbors were respectful and quiet. We didn’t have anyone staying in the apartment above us when we were there. My only suggestion is to have the futon recovered with something that is washable. Oh and bring bug spray, but you need that anywhere you go in Eleuthera. The care takers are wonderful and helpful.

My husband and I stayed at Beach Escape for nine nights and were so happy with our choice. The location of the unit couldn’t be better and the view is just unbelievable. It was perfect for us. We especially enjoyed the covered porch and being able to use the kayaks that are available for renters. Lori was wonderful and met us at the ferry dock to show us the way. She also booked our ferry and taxi ride back to the airport for us, so very thoughtful!! We will be back, thanks for having us!

This was a wonderful place; right on the beach and a very lovely studio with a king sized bed. It was decorated in a tropical theme. We spent most of our time on the covered porch or walking the beach. It was a quiet time on the island with not many tourists; the residents were friendly. Groceries and restaurants were with easy walking distance. Lori and Vince were so welcoming, letting us come in early and then Vince took us to the ferry when we had to leave this little piece of paradise!

The apartment was exactly as advertised - just lovely. And literally steps from a beautiful beach! Clean, comfortable bed, amazing views etc..Vince and Lori were amazing at helping us with everything we needed including the ferry, taxi and golf cart. They are excellent communicators - proactive. All was laid back and relaxed. Their number one goal is that their guests are happy and enjoy vacation. Vince even came and brought us fresh coconuts and cracked them open so we could enjoy the fresh, delicious water. Our days were spent waking up to an incredible view, kayaking (kayaks provided!) in the crystal clear, shallow water, walking on the beach and to the sand bar at low tide, playing games on the porch, reading on our little beach in front of the water, buzzing up to a local restaurant for a meal and repeat, repeat. We will definitely be back and plan to bring family! What a treasure.
