Great location in the centre of the town, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Lovely beams in bedroom and window overlooking street. Breakfast was delicious and catered for a coeliac member of the party.

Although in the centre of Bishops Castle, the room was wonderfully quiet all night. Excellent breakfast, even black pudding!

Fridge in room plus bottled water. Hosts were accommodating and friendly and went out of their way to meet our needs. Breakfast was excellent. Could come and go as and when throughout the day as key supplied. Good advice of where to get a evening meal.

Perfect central location. Historic building. Friendly and helpful staff. We found the beds comfortable, with nice linen. The rooms were clean and well arranged. Breakfast was solid and tasty and the coffee was nice and strong which is unusual in our experience. Also nice to have fresh milk in our rooms. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt that it was very good value for money. We would recommend this place.

Well run, comfortable, good location and breakfast

A beautiful, seventeenth century town house in perfect condition, with all the character you could imagine. Comfortable, spacious rooms with a good size bathroom and a lobby with a fridge and all the facilities for hot and cold drinks. The owners are very friendly and helpful, they allowed me to park my motorcycle in their private yard. THe breakfast room was delightful and the food matched every expectation. Finally, the location. It's in the very centre of this charming, historic town. You can walk to every pub or restaurant within five minutes. Thank you for having us, we look forward to our next visit!

Great breakfast, super comfy beds and central location. The owners are lovely people and very helpful. There's off-street parking for unloading. The property is old-world charming with exposed beams and has recently had the walls re-rendered. Some of the rooms are family sized with as well. Can't recommend it highly enough for the money.

Things close early! So be aware of that when you venture out for dinner.

Breakfast was excellent with good choice. Old house with character. Got to leave our car round the back for a while.

The teacups too wide so tea getting cold too fast 😂. Maybe china mugs or cups would be better.

breakfast was by far the best thing about my stay,

upon arrival the premises were dark and there was a closed sign on the door. turned out that the entrance was not where a sign sread 'poppy house' but next door.
